Lexus Personalized Settings Your vehicle includes a variety of electronic features that can be programmed to your preferences. Programming of these features is performed once at no charge by your Lexus provided you obtain the service at the 6 month/5,000-mile scheduled maintenance service. NX300h It is also possible to customize certain vehicle features yourself using the navigation system. STEP 2 Select Setup STEP 3 Scroll to page 2. and push Select Vehicle and push Touchpad to select. Touchpad to select. Vehicle must be in ON mode to program personalized settings. Automatic Door Lock The automatic door locks can be programmed for the following: The doors automatically lock when the vehicle is taken out of park and placed into another range. (Standard) = By shift from P The doors automatically lock when the vehicle speed is 12 mph or higher. = By speed The doors, if unlocked, will not automatically lock. = Off 2. Automatic Door Unlock The automatic door locks can be programmed for the following: The doors automatically unlock when the vehicle is placed into park. (Standard) = By shift to P All the doors automatically unlock when the driver door is opened. = By driver door The doors, if locked, will not automatically unlock.= Off 3. Remote 2-Press Unlock When using the electronic key to unlock the doors: Pressing the unlock button one time will unlock all doors. = Off Pressing the unlock button one time unlocks the driver door, and two times unlocks all doors. (Standard) = On 4. Select Doors to Unlock When using Smart Access to unlock the doors: Gripping the driver door handle will unlock the driver door. (Standard) = Driver s door Gripping the driver door handle will unlock all doors.= All doors LPS options were correct at time of development. All options are subject to change without prior notice.

(cont d) 5. Auto Relock Timer When the doors are unlocked and not opened: They will automatically re-lock in 30 seconds. They will automatically re-lock in 60 seconds. (Standard) They will automatically re-lock in 120 seconds. 6. Lock/Unlock Feedback - Lights electronic key, the following functions can be programmed: Press the lock/unlock button and the emergency flashers will not flash. = Off Press the lock/unlock button and the emergency flashers will flash. (Standard) = On 7. Lock/Unlock Feedback-Tone When the lock button is pressed on the electronic key, the system volume can be programmed as follows: off volume 1 volume 2 volume 3 volume 4 volume 5 volume 6 volume 7 8. Auto A/C Mode When Auto A/C is selected: It will automatically engage the air conditioner compressor to reach the set temperature. (Standard) = On It will automatically achieve a set temperature, warm or cool, without engaging the air conditioner compressor.* = Off * Note: The AC compressor will be engaged when the auto AC button is pressed a second time. 9. Headlamps-ON Sensitivity When driving the vehicle, the front headlights can be programmed to turn ON under darker or lighter ambient light conditions. (Headlight switch must be in AUTO mode): very dark dark normal light very light 10. Headlamps Auto-OFF Timer After turning off the ignition and all the doors are closed, if the headlights are in the AUTO position: The headlights will turn off immediately, when the vehicle is turned off and the driver door is opened. The headlights will turn off in 30 seconds. (Standard) The headlights will turn off in 60 seconds. The headlights will turn off in 90 seconds. 11. Daytime Running Lights Illumination of daytime running lights: = Off = On 2

(cont d) 12. Interior Lights Off Timer After closing the door, the interior lights can be adjusted to stay on for the following: 15 seconds. (Standard) 7.5 seconds. 30 seconds. 13. Driver s Seat Easy Exit* When the vehicle is placed in park, the ignition turned off, the driver seat can be set to the following: Remain in the current position, as set by the driver. = Off Automatically move away from the steering wheel partially. = Partial Automatically move away from the steering wheel fully. = Full (Standard) 14. Power Back Door Opening Adjust* Adjust the opening of the rear back door: minimum small middle large max Programmable by Only 15. Linking Seat Position Memory with Door Unlock* When using Smart Access to unlock the doors, seat position memory recall can be programmed as follows: The driver seat will move to memory position when the driver door is unlocked. (Standard) The driver seat will move to memory position when any door is unlocked. 16. Unlock on Second Key Turn When using the mechanical key to unlock the doors: Turning the key one time will unlock all doors. Turning the key one time unlocks the driver door, and two times unlocks all doors. (Standard) 17. Door Lock Buzzer When the lock button on the electronic key is pressed and a door is not fully closed: The buzzer will not sound. The buzzer will sound. (Standard) 18. Access System with Elec. Key When unlocking the doors: Deactivates Smart Access, accessible using elec. key unlock button. Use Smart Access (touch door handle) or remote buttons. (Standard) 3

Programmable by Only (cont d) 19. Panic Mode When pressing the panic button on the electronic key: The alarm will sound intermittently and the vehicle lights will flash. (Standard) The alarm will not sound and the vehicle lights will not flash. 20. Open Windows and Moonroof with Mechanical Key When using the mechanical key to operate windows and moonroof: Turning the key left and holding the position for 2 seconds will not open the windows and moonroof. (Standard) Turning the key left and holding the position for 2 seconds will open the windows and moonroof. 21. Close Windows and Moonroof with Mechanical Key When using the mechanical key to operate windows and moonroof: Turning the key right and holding the position for 2 seconds will not close the windows and moonroof. (Standard) urning the key right and holding the position for 2 seconds will close the windows and moonroof. 22. Moonroof Switch Auto Operation When pressing the moonroof open/close switch, the moonroof will automatically open/close in one motion: 23. Open Windows and Moonroof with Elec. Key When pressing the unlock button on the electronic key for 3 seconds: The windows and moonroof will not open. (Standard) All the windows and moonroof will open. 24. Interior Light The interior light will illuminate when POWER is switched to OFF. 25. Illumination of the Interior Cabin Light when Unlocking Door When using the electronic key or mechanical key to unlock the door, the interior cabin light can be programmed for the following: The cabin light will illuminate. (Standard) The cabin light will not illuminate. 26. Illumination of the Interior Cabin Light when Approaching the Vehicle When approaching the vehicle with the electronic key, the interior cabin light can be programmed for the following: The cabin light will illuminate. (Standard) The cabin light will not illuminate. 4

Illumination of the Outer Foot Lights when Approaching the Vehicle When approaching the vehicle with the electronic key, the outer foot lights can be programmed for the following: The outer foot lights will illuminate. Illumination of the Outer Foot Lights when Unlocking the Door When using the electronic key to unlock the door, the outer foot lights can be programmed for the following: The foot lights will illuminate. (Standard) The foot lights will not illuminate. 29. Speed Linked Driver Seat Belt Reminder When the vehicle reaches 13 mph: The driver seat belt buzzer will sound. (Standard) The driver seat belt buzzer will not sound. 30. Speed Linked Passenger Seat Belt Reminder When the vehicle reaches 13 mph: The passenger seat belt buzzer will sound. (Standard) The passenger seat belt buzzer will not sound. 31. Lane Change Flasher Volume When the turn signal level is flashing, the volume can be programmed: Medium (Standard) Soft Loud 32. Tilt Away of Steering Wheel* When the vehicle is placed in park, the ignition turned off, the steering wheel can be set to the following: Automatically move up and away from the driver position setting. (Standard) Remain in the current position, as set by the driver. 33. Instrument Dim. Sensitivity Level of light required to dim the instrument panel lights: very dark dark normal light very light 34. Instrument Rest. Sensitivity Level of light required to brighten the instrument panel lights: very light light normal dark very dark 5
