INPUT SINAL () ENINE COOLANT TEMP. SINAL SYSTEM THE ENINE COOLANT TEMP. SENSOR DETECTS THE ENINE COOLANT TEMP. AND HAS A UILT-IN THERMISTOR ITH A RESISTANCE HICH VARIES ACCORDIN TO THE ATER TEMP. THUS THE ATER TEMP. IS INPUT IN THE FORM OF A CONTROL SINAL TO TERMINAL TH OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. () INTAKE AIR TEMP. SINAL SYSTEM THE INTAKE AIR TEMP. SENSOR DETECTS THE INTAKE AIR TEMP., HICH IS INPUT AS A CONTROL SINAL TO TERMINAL THA OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. () HEATED OXYEN SENSOR SINAL SYSTEM THE OXYEN DENSITY IN THE EXHAUST EMISSIONS IS DETECTED AND INPUT AS A CONTROL SINAL TO TERMINAL OX OR OX OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. TO MAINTAIN STALE DETECTION PERFORMANCE Y THE HEATED OXYEN SENSOR, A HEATER IS USED FOR ARMIN THE SENSOR. THE HEATER IS ALSO CONTROLLED Y THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE (HT OR HT). (4) RPM SINAL SYSTEM CRANKSHAFT POSITION AND ENINE RPM ARE DETECTED Y THE PICK-UP COIL INSIDE THE DISTRIUTOR, THEN CRANKSHAFT POSITION AND RPM IS INPUT TO TERMINALS NE AND NE-. () THROTTLE SINAL SYSTEM THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR DETECTS THE THROTTLE VALVE OPENIN ANLE, HICH IS INPUT AS A CONTROL SINAL TO TERMINAL VTA OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE, OR HEN THE VALVE IS FULLY CLOSED, TO TERMINAL IDL. (6) VEHICLE SPEED SINAL SYSTEM THE VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR, INSTALLED INSIDE THE COMINATION METER, DETECTS THE VEHICLE SPEED AND INPUTS A CONTROL SINAL TO TERMINAL SP OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. (7) A/C S SINAL SYSTEM THE OPERATIN VOLTAE OF THE A/C MANETIC CLUTCH IS DETECTED AND INPUT IN THE FORM OF A CONTROL SINAL TO TERMINAL AC OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. (8) ATTERY SINAL SYSTEM VOLTAE IS CONSTANTLY APPLIED TO TERMINAL ATT OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. HEN THE INITION S IS TURNED TO ON, VOLTAE FOR ENINE CONTROL MODULE OPERATION IS APPLIED VIA THE EFI RELAY TO TERMINAL + OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. (9) INTAKE AIR VOLUME SINAL SYSTEM INTAKE AIR VOLUME IS DETECTED Y THE MASS AIR FLO METER AND A SINAL IS INPUT INTO TERMINAL V OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE AS A CONTROL SINAL. (0) STOP LIHT S SINAL SYSTEM THE STOP LIHT S IS USED TO DETECT HETHER OR NOT THE VEHICLE IS AKIN AND THE INFORMATION IS INPUT AS A CONTROL SINAL TO TERMINAL K OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE. ASED ON THIS DATA AND THE PRORAM MEMORIZED IN THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE, THE MOST APPROPRIATE FUEL INJECTION TIMIN IS DECIDED AND CURRENT IS OUTPUT TO TERMINALS #0, AND #0 OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE, CAUSIN THE INJECTORS TO OPERATE (TO INJECT FUEL). IT IS THIS SYSTEM HICH, THROUH THE ORK OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE, FINELY CONTROLS FUEL INJECTION IN RESPONSE TO DRIVIN CONDITIONS. * ESA (ELECTRONIC SPARK ADVANCE) SYSTEM THE ESA SYSTEM MONITORS THE ENINE CONDITIONS USIN THE SINALS (INPUT SINALS (, 4, TO 7, 9,, )) INPUT TO THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE FROM EACH SENSOR. ASED ON THIS DATA AND THE PRORAM MEMORIZED IN THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE, THE MOST APPROPRIATE INITION TIMIN IS DECIDED AND CURRENT IS OUTPUT TO TERMINAL IT OF THE ENINE CONTROL MODULE.
