Fedepalma The National Federation of Oil Palm Growers (Fedepalma) exists to support the oil palm growers in the defense of their interests and achieving an agribusiness competitiveness of a business that transforms the lives of local communities and promotes the progress and welfare. Faithfully represents the interests of its members and its role is indispensable, to meet their needs even beyond their expectations. ACEITES S.A. is an agribusiness company, dedicated to the production of oil palm and derivatives. Their mission is to search the satisfaction of national markets, with a high quality product, generating returns for their shareholders, workers and the surrounding communities. Aceites Manuelita Manuelita is a family owned business that has developed mainly on sugar cane, since 1864. For the past 20+ years, it has expanded to oil palm for biodiesel. Plantaciones Unipalma de los Llanos Unipalma (short name) was founded in 1982 by Unilever in joint-venture with Colombian investors. The current general manager of this company, Mr. Luis Eduardo Betancourt, was also the President of the Fedepalma board when Mr. Jens Mesa was the representative for ROW. Unipalma is not currently a member company but they are taking very serious steps to achieve certification of their operations. 6. Team Foods S.A. Team Foods S.A. is a national producer of fats and derivatives.
