DW SERIES Shredders 1 2 3 4 Powerful and flexible The shredding by means of roller and comb is suitable for the most difficult tasks. Roller teeth made of wear-resistant steel tear the material through the shredding comb. The comb opens automatically if necessary in order to avoid damages by large unshreddable contaminants. All the wear parts are quickly and easily replaceable. The engine and aggragates of the DW shredders are easily accessible from two sides. The ful direct drive with electric reversing function provides for a high throughput. The self-cleaning cooler is easily accessible and its noise level is very low thanks to the large lowspeed fan. SM SERIES Screens 1 2 3 4 Optimum Screening The rotating can even screen the most difficult materials making the best possible use of the load-sensing material feed and the large screening surface. The Doppstadt screens with modular design can be adjusted to special tasks. They are extremely mobile and can easily be controlled by one operator. SM Series TECHNICAL DATA SM 1200 Triflex Star Screen SM 1200 Triflex The Doppstadt star screen SM 1200 Triflex is a ful and efficient star screen. On a robust steel frame, there are two screening levels with a series of screening shafts with numerous star-shaped discs. The material to be screened is charged into the hopper. From the conveying floor it is transported to the coarse screening deck by means of a material conditioner. The coarse screening deck carries out the first step of material separation. The medium fraction falls through the gaps of the star screener while the oversize is transported from one star shaft to the next and finally discharged. BioPress DBP 205 Screw Extruder 1 2 3 4 Versatile and flexible The BIOPRESS DBP 205 screw extruder separates the liquid and the solid fractions of bio-degradable wastes. The screw is driven by a hydromotor with planetary gear. The rotating cone presses the material with a pre-set pressure through the screening baskets, which are available with different mesh sizes.
