Background The Farm Dispersal Sale has been brought about following the decision of John & Valerie Helme to retire from Farming and sell Eskham House Farm. The Helme Family have been farming at Eskham House Farm for 60 years and are well-respected Arable & Livestock Farmers in the locality. The Sale of the Farm has now brought the decision to sell the Farm machinery, tractors and deadstock. The machinery comprises of an excellent collection of Arable & Livestock equipment. From the A6, turn off at the Bellflower Public House and onto Longmoor Lane, signposted Pilling. Follow Longmoor Lane, through the small village of Nateby, passing the village school and Church. Cheque Payments All cheque payments made by purchasers unknown to the auctioneers must provide one of the following arrangements: Provide a letter from your bank, building society or loan provider addressed to Armistead Barnett LLP confirming the amount up to which cheques can be accepted. The letter should include your account name, address, and details of authorised signatures. This letter should be given to the auctioneers prior to commencement of the sale. All Correspondence will be treated with the utmost confidentially and discretion. Arrange for your bank, building society or loan provider to issue a guaranteed cheque or bankers draft to be brought with you, any balance payment will be refunded on clearance of funds. Card Payments Card payments will be accepted. Registration of Intention to Purchase All intending purchasers must register at the auctioneers office on the day of the sale, whereby a bidder s number will be issued; bidder s numbers are to be used throughout the day and will assist considerably with payment at the close of the sale. Order of Sale The sale will start at 10.30am prompt commencing with smaller workshop tools and moving through into the field starting with smaller implements and leading to machines with the final items being tractors. Refreshments Caterers will be in attendance on the morning of the sale serving light refreshments to include hot and cold snacks.
