Breaker brackets are made of heavy gauge high tensile steel plates and are designed to give maximum protection to the breaker body and dissipate heat while making it easier to access the equipment during daily maintenance inspection. Included as standard equipment on the TOP205J and larger breakers is a Y style accumulator that utilizes a diaphragm design and easyto-service body. Enhanced durability and longer life The square-shaped main body is created using a special alloy and subjected to advanced heat treatment processing, making the hammer body extremely durable. In addition, Okada hammers use fewer parts than competing brands of hydraulic breakers, so there is far less chance of problems developing. New special alloy steels and an advanced heat treatment system enhance main component durability. Medium and heavy class TOP series breakers are compatible with auto lube systems. By adding greasing points, both the shank bushing and front cap bushing are lubricated individually, resulting in longer service life. Stringent quality control and testing From material selection and machining to hardening and final assembly, every step of production is controlled by an exhaustive quality control system. To ensure the absolute best quality possible, each unit is fully tested in a specially equipped room dedicated to performance inspection.

BRACKET CONFIGURATIONS WORKING TOOLS Single position skid-steer loader Vertical bracket Our working tools are designed with a chisel paste retaining recess at the retaining pin area for improved wear resistance. Two-position skid-steer loader Custom engineered single and two-position brackets give excellent results on many popular carriers. The box bracket is specifically designed to reduce the amount of sound emitted from the equipment. Vertical brackets are the most commonly used mounting method. The upper mount bracket can be used together with quickcoupler systems on a variety of carriers. Box bracket Moil point The moil point tool is best for breaking concrete, bedrock and pavement. Chisel The chisel tool is ideal for trenching work, finishing slopes and specialty applications. Blunt The blunt tool provides excellent shattering effects in quarries. Core moil point These special tools have a core insert of extremely durable, wear resistant steel. Sharpening is unnecessary because the outer edge of the tool wears faster than the hardened core, which produces double the service life of standard working tools. Main valve The internal control valve system equates to faster speeds and higher impact energy while still allowing the breaker to operate at cooler temperatures. Accumulator The large capacity accumulator reduces shock load in the system. Stroke adjuster Variable speed control in the breaker maximizes productivity. The compact design and tough frame structure of the Okada trommel bucket (TMB) make this attachment lightweight and easy to operate. A built-in control valve regulates flow and pressure to the TMB, eliminating the need for costly plumbing on the carrier excavator. A double-acting single pump flow kit used to run a thumb, crusher or shear is all that is needed to achieve two-way rotation. The in-body control valves allow the drum rotation speed to be fine-tuned for smooth operation in a variety of applications.

An assortment of screen sizes are available, making the trommel screening bucket useful for a variety of screening processes. The rotation drum consists of four bolt-on concave screens that are easily replaced, eliminating costly downtime.
