THE COMPANY RascomStar-QAF (RSQ) RSQ is a private African Company registered and incorporated under the laws of Mauritius. RSQ operates the RASCOM-QAF1R (RQ1R) satellite, successfully launched in August 2010 and is fully operational for an in-orbit lifetime of 18 years.
