JUMP STARTING A VEHICLE 60% Step 1: Make sure that your RG600 has at least a 60% charge. The higher the charge level, the more available boosting power. Step 2: Lift the rubber cover and plug the INTELLIBOOST cables into the RG600. Step 3: Connect the Red Clamp to the positive + terminal and the black clamp to the negative - terminal of the battery of the vehicle needing a boost. Step 4: Turn the vehicle ignition to the ACC (Accessory) position for (2) seconds, or until the INTELLIBOOST indicator light turns green. Then turn the ignition to START to start the vehicle. Step 5: Remove the INTELLIBOOST cables from the battery of the vehicle being boosted and then unplug them from the booster. Ensure that the unit is turned off to save battery life. IMPORTANT: The INTELLIBOOST sensor will not turn green until a draw is recognized. This is designed to ensure a proper connection with no accidental power discharge. Do not crank the engine for more than 4 seconds (continuously) while the unit is connected to the battery, as this may cause damage to the jump starter. Please read your vehicle owner s manual prior to jump starting any vehicle to ensure that all safety precautions regarding the vehicle have been followed. While it may be possible to jumpstart a vehicle with a charge level below 60%, a much more powerful boost is available at higher charge levels. Boosting with a charge below 60% is not advisable as it may cause harm to the RG600 and void your warranty. PAGE 4

CHARGING USB DEVICES Step 1: Locate the 4-in-1 USB cable or any other USB charging cable designed for your device. Step 2: Plug the USB charging cable into one of the (2) USB charging ports OUTPUT 5.0V/2.1A on the RG600. Step 3: Plug the other end of the 4-in-1 USB cable into the device in need of charging. Step 4: Switch the RG600 to ON (A), and short press the CIRCLE button (B). B A IMPORTANT: The LCD display will briefly show the current output level when a USB device is initially plugged into the RG600. USB charging is disabled while the RG600 is being charged. PAGE 5

CHARGING LAPTOP COMPUTERS Step 1: Locate the suitable connector for your laptop and secure it to the end of the laptop charging cable. Be sure to confirm the charging/output voltage required by consulting the owners manual or original charging cable for your laptop if you are unsure. Step 2: Insert the laptop charging cable into the laptop charging port OUTPUT of the RG600. B A Step 3: Turn the RG600 to ON (A), then press the CIRCLE button (B). Each short press of the CIRCLE button will toggle the output voltage from 12V to 16V to 19V. Please be sure that the correct output as determined in step 1 is shown on the LCD display. Step 4: Insert the other end of the laptop charging cable into your laptop charging port. PAGE 6

USING THE LED FLASHLIGHT B A Step 1: Switch the RG600 to ON (A), then press and hold the CIRCLE button (B) for (3) seconds and the flashlight will turn on. Release button once light is on. Step 2: With the flashlight on, press the CIRCLE button (B) to switch to SOS mode and again to switch to Strobe mode. Step 3: Press the CIRCLE button (B) again to turn off the flashlight. PAGE 7

CHARGING THE RG600 Step 1: Choose either the 12V charger or the 110V home charger. Step 2: Plug the charger end into the INPUT 1.5V/1A jack of the RG600. Plug the other end of the charger into a wall outlet or a 12V power outlet. IMPORTANT: The RG600 is designed to prevent overcharging, however, it is best to unplug the charger once the battery level reaches 100% for more than an hour. PAGE 8

TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION The INTELLIBOOST cables won t stop beeping and I can t get it to boost my vehicle. The INTELLIBOOST cables have detected an error. Reset the INTELLIBOOST cables by unplugging them from the RG600 and disconnect the cables from the battery you were attempting to boost. Plug the cables back into the RG600 prior to connecting them to the vehicle in need of boost. The light on the INTELLIBOOST cable won t turn green, but they are connected properly. I connected the INTELLIBOOST cables to the wrong terminals on the battery of the vehicle I am boosting and now the light is red and it s beeping, did I wreck it? The cables do not detect a sufficient draw. Reverse polarity connection of the booster cables For the majority of vehicles, simply turning the vehicle to ACC or Accessory mode will initiate enough of a draw to turn the light green and allow you to boost. For certain lower draw vehicles without any accessory draw, often just attempting to start the vehicle will initiate the draw needed. If that still does not work, it is possible the draw sensed from the vehicle is not compatible with the INTELLIBOOST feature. On these vehicles, often turning on a light or other type of draw, may work. Don t worry... you are safe. The INTELLIBOOST cables are designed to not spark or cause any damage if the cables are accidentally hooked up in reverse. Simply connect the cables properly using the steps outlined in this manual. I have my USB device plugged in, but it won t charge? No power is being output from the RG600. Ensure the proper cable is being utilized. Ensure the switch is in the on position and the power circle button has been pressed to initiate charge. PAGE 9

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATES TO THE OPTIONAL AIR COMPRESSOR: RG150 12V AIR COMPRESSOR IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS This is not a toy. Please keep out of the reach of children. Please store in a safe location when not in use. DO NOT leave the compressor unattended when in use. Make sure to stay safe and away from traffic, if you have to inflate tires on the roadside. This compressor is intended for short run use. Maximum running time should not exceed 15 minutes and a 15 minute cool-down period is recommended before running the compressor again. We recommend tire pressure to be checked as a part of your routine vehicle maintenance, with a fully calibrated gauge, by a car service center. Please note: Correct tire pressure provides greater safety, longer tire life and better fuel economy. Tire pressure readings should be taken on cold tires. Please check your vehicle owner s manual for appropriate tire pressure recommendations. DO NOT use the compressor in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. DO NOT expose the compressor to rain or wet conditions. DO NOT abuse the power cord. Keep the power cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of an electric shock. In case of electrical or mechanical malfunction, immediately switch the compressor off and unplug it. This product cannot be serviced by the user. CAUTION: Over-inflation may cause items to burst which could cause injury. DO NOT attempt to overinflate. PAGE 12

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1) Connect the power cord to designated power socket. 2) Remove the dust cap from tire valve and keep in a secure location while not in use. 3) Carefully remove the air hose from the side of the compressor and screw the valve connector in place. Make sure the valve is correctly connected, and not over tightened. 4) Press the ON switch and the compressor will automatically start to inflate the tire. 5) Periodically pause the compressor to allow a steady tire pressure reading to be taken. 6) Once the correct tire pressure has been reached, switch the unit off, disconnect it from the tire valve, and place the dust cap back on the tire valve. PAGE 13

USING THE ADAPTORS Step 1: Choose the compatible adaptor and screw it into the valve connector. Step 2: Press the ON switch and the compressor will automatically start to inflate the item.
