Pump and Tank Truck Capable of pumping approximately 3 bbl/ min The Weatherford pump and tank truck features a twocompartment mud tank, capable of holding 16 m³ (100 bbl), a steel stairway and rear ladder, as well as line pipe racks on either side of the tank. A winch, mounted on the deck, has been included to assist in moving the tank on and off the truck. Intrinsically safe lighting has been installed throughout the unit. The hydraulic triplex pumping system is capable of pumping approximately 3 bbl/min. The chassis of the pump truck is a 2005 Mack, model CV713 with a double frame. It is fitted with a Mack AI-460 engine and a Mack T318 transmission. The rear window has an unobstructed view to the back of the unit. Also installed are cab air conditioning with heating. Maximum volume output: 5.8 bbl/min Stroke: 5-in. Plunger size: 4-in. Maximum pressure: 5,125 psi Maximum mainshaft speed: 300 RPM Power: 165 BHP Charge Pump One (1) hydraulically driven, 4-in. Mission Magnum I gear pump is used to pre-charge the triplex pump. Controls The stainless steel control panel with fitted cover includes the following: Throttle control Emergency shutdown Hydraulic pump control Work lights Engine water temperature Engine oil pressure Air pressure Shifter pad Winch hydraulic pressure Transfer case oil pressure Boost pump hydraulic pressure Work lights, 12V switch Flow meter Pump rated stroke counter Controls located in the driver s cab: Carrier/pump selector switch mounted in the cab Electrical System Winch One (1) winch is installed on this unit. This is fitted with a winch line and hook as well as a controller installed in the cab of the truck. Manifold One (1) non-threaded, sour service, seven valve, 5,000 psi discharge and flow back manifold with two (2) adjustable chokes is installed on this unit. It includes a remote mud gauge with two (2) pressure relief valves and Fig. 1502 hammer unions. One (1) fluorescent light is installed on the headache rack. Equipment selection and classification of areas is in accordance with current API standard North American Electrical codes. Truck deck and tank lights operate off an inverter.
