3. Relocate the part as indicated with Blue Arrow Line.
4. Install the oil fitting and drain flange on the turbo first. Note: make sure you install the flange correctly, the feeding flange has a restrictor hole, it MUST be on the top of the turbo, the drain flange has a big hole, it must be at the bottom of the turbo. Incorrect placement of these flange will blow you the turbo oil sealing. See below few pictures. Left Flange is oil Feeding Flange Right Flange is oil drain Flange 5. Install the manifold, Wastegate, and Turbo as shown below.
6. 7. Connect the turbo outlet vacuum to the wastegate, see below pictures (shown connected with small BLUE hose).
8. Change the battery to a half size battery. 9. Drill two holes for installing piping. Use the rubber protection run around the holes, so that it does not scratch the pipes.
10. Mount the intercooler as shown below(you might want to secure it at the bottom as well)
11. Connect the intercooler piping like below. Noted that there intercooler to piping connection is not shown on the picture, but it is like above, use TWO 2.75-2.5 reducer hoses.
12. Connect the BOV Vacuum hose, as shown below. You will need to use the T connector to insert the hose (shown as blue color) 13. Turbo Oil Cooling: you need to tap the oil from Engine Oil Pressure Sensor(close to oil filter). The oil kit comes with a 4-way connector, Seal one of them and make it a T connect. Use the oil feeding line to connect it.
14. You need to drill a hole on the oil pan. The placement of the hole need to be at the highest point of the oil pan, so that oil can be drained back the oil pan. You will weld the bung to the oil pan and connect it with a ½ oil hose to the turbo drain flange.
15. Connect the downpipe and mid pipe, connect the O2 sensor. 16. Connect the air intake pipe and air sensor.
17. Note: We route the air filter under the fender, for cooler air. However, if your fender protection covers (the black plastics cover) is broken or damage, water might hit into the air filter, so please make sure you have a good protection in place. If you are at an area that rains a lot, we recommend you NOT to place the air filter under the fender. Please cut the air intake pipe and connect the air filter on the top. 18. Final note: This turbo kit works with Stock Injector and ECU, boost around 7 psi which is the max boost with stock setup. With upgraded injector and ECU, you can boost it to around 12 lb, but also make sure your engine is good enough to handle. You will need to use 91 octant Gas after adding turbo charger.
