The Millenia Town Center is currently planned to include two projects totaling ±131,000 SF of retail space at the gateway to the ±210 acre Millenia community and is oriented to maximize exposure to SR 125 Toll Road and Birch Rd. Situated at the Birch Rd interchange with SR 125 Toll Road and immediately across the street from the front of the Otay Ranch Town Center Mall, Millenia Town Center will have excellent visibility to and from Macy s, H&M, DSW Shoes, Best Buy, Ulta Beauty, Famous Footwear, Party City, PF Changs, Macaroni Grill and Chilis, just to name a few. The first 273 residential units within Millenia are now complete and ±911 units are under construction along with a ±135 room Ayres Hotel. In addition, the trade area, which includes the ± 200 acre EastLake Business Park, the ±150 acre Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, a proposed ±384 acre University site and a proposed ±85 acre Regional Technology Park, is proposed to add ±21,500 additional residential units at build out, including ±9,500 units proposed by 2019.
