COMPETETOR ANALYSIS1 Lux Limo -The logo is simple and to the point. -Clean interface, aesthetically pleasing. -The slider has great quality high rez images. -Navigation is big and visible -Annoying chats pop up on the bottom right of the screen. -The social media icons should go at the bottom by the footer. - They have a big video on the page, they should have a page for videos. -Add promotional items -Add a gallery -Customers might not like the chat bar at the bottom right hand corner. -Customers might want to see a gallery, with the video on the homepage.
COMPETETOR ANALYSIS2 Allen Limousine SWOT: -Great use of navigation -Good classifications of services. -About us is on the home page, it should just stay on the About us page. -Should remove images on the services footer. -Too much clutter. -Most of the images look like that have been through Photoshop. -Needs a better header image, parallax image, or video. -I think they should get rid of the live chat. -They should take high rez images and use them. -Remove the slider and add a Gallery page. -Remove the live chat and make phone number visible. -Add images of the limos and clients to make the company more inviting. -Customers might not like the images because they are streched out, making the company look poor and weak. -The logo isnt inviting. -The overall look of the website is out dated.
