Florida State Law No person under 16 years of age shall operate or ride on an ATV unless wearing a safety helmet meeting US DOT standards and eye protection.

Florida State Law All ATVs are required to be equipped with a muffler and a functioning US Forest Service approved spark arrester when operated on public lands.
