CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. Sale is subject to a reserve price. 2. Items are sold on AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis and interested bidders are requested to view and verify the details/conditions of the items by themselves as the same are not warranted by Kenya Wildlife Service or the eer. 3. Interested bidders MUST obtain a bidding number upon payment of a refundable deposit of Ksh.20,000 payable in mpesa or bankers cheque in favour of the Director General- Kenya Wildlife Service at the auction centre 4. The highest bidder mt pay an initial deposit of 25% of the bid price in mpesa at the fall of the hammer and will be required to pay the balance and collect the item(s) within seven (7) days from the date of ; failure to which the initial deposit will be forfeited. 5. Refunds to unsuccessful bidders shall be made within seven (7) days after the auction for payments made in cash, while bankers cheque will be returned immediately. 6. Collection of items after fourteen days from date of the auction shall attract a daily fee of Ksh.500.00 for storage and security. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 1. Viewing of items will only be allowed between 9.00am-4.00pm on normal working days at the respective centers. 2. Registration of bidders begins one and half hours before the stated time of auction. Registration will be subject to presentation of an official receipts, OR the original Bankers Cheque for the refundable deposit. 3. Only bidders with a bidding number will be allowed in the auction centre. The bidding numbers will be issued at site on the date of auction for each center. DIRECTOR GENERAL
