Description Conductor: - plain copper, solid, class 1 (cross-section 4mm 2 ) - plain copper, stranded wire, class 2 (cross-section 6mm 2 ) Insulation: XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) Filler: LS0H thermoplastic Sheath: LS0H polyolefin Colour: green LS0H = Low Smoke Zero Halogen Functional characteristics Rated voltage Uo/U: 0,6/1 kv operating temperature: 90 C Min. operating temperature: -15 C (without mechanical shocks) short circuit temperature: 250 C Installation conditions Minimum installation temperature: 0 C Recommended minimum bending radius: 12 times the diameter Recommended maximum tensile stress: 50 N/mm² of the cross-section of the copper Use and installation method This is recommended for use in public and industrial settings whenever good fire retardand qualities, reduced fumes, toxic and corrosive gases emissions are required in the case of fire. For use in industrial settings, in the upright columns of buildings when strict safety standards have to be respected. It offers good to low temperatures, chemical agents, solar radiation, and mechanical forces in general. Can be used for static applications in the open air, in pipes, or in trenches. The can be laid directly in the ground for short periods on the condition that the ground is not flooded and that it is provided with suitable mechanical protection. With appropriate mechanical protection, it can be used in areas subject to the risk of explosion, but in this case the permitted current load is reduced by 15%.
