Remove and retain the four blade screws and lock washers.. Remove the blade from the housing.. Turning Cutter On and Off. (SEE FIGURE ) Locate On/Off button on Grass Shears.. To turn Grass Shears "ON": Push forward lockout button (), then press trigger ().. To Turn Grass Shears "OFF": Release button () and trigger (). Clearing Grass Shears from Jams. If the grass shears stop, release the on/off button immediately.
