DRYCAKE DECANTER CENTRIFUGES 2 and 3 Phase Solid-Liquid Separation for Industrial and Municipal Applications up to 440GPM per centrifuge(100m3/h) DRYCAKE provides best in class stationary or mobile decanter centrifuge system solutions for separating 1 or 2 liquid phases from a solid phase. DRYCAKE centrifuges are used regularly in industrial and municipal applications to recycle process water, reduce the charge to the downstream treatment system and to reduce landfill disposal volume. DRYCAKE centrifuges are high performance, designed for reliable operation under the most strenuous of conditions. Designed with operators in mind, DRYCAKE decanter centrifuges feature a number of innovations to increase ease of use and maintenance and provide leading performance. DRYCAKE DECANTER CENTRIFUGES Weir Liquid Level Plate The DRYCAKE weir discs make weir plate adjustment a quick and easy task. Unlike traditional systems requiring several sets of plates, with Drycake the only set of weir discs you will ever need is on the machine. Solids Discharge Scraper Cake build-up in the discharge chamber can be a problem especially when dealing with sticky sludge. DRYCAKE s independently driven low-rpm scraper prevents this build-up, protecting the machine from clogging damage. Discharge Bushings Solids abrade against the discharge bushings as they exit the machine at high velocity. Our discharge bushings are ceramic or tungsten carbide lined and rotatable for prolonged life. Our sectional cover provides easy access to inspect, replace or rotate the discharge bushings. Decanter Process Control A decanter centrifuge is only as good as its control system. Our PLC manages and monitors all centrifuge functions and parameters. a completely automated system. All functions are managed via our touch screen HMI. Our PLC is fully compatible with all modern SCADA communication protocols. 6

Torque control is essential to optimal dewatering performance. DRYCAKE centrifuges automatically, and continuously adjust to the optimal torque setpoint in function of the changing sludge characteristics. DRYCAKE DECANTER CENTRIFUGES Mobile Systems DRYCAKE offers skid and containerized trailer-mountable decanter centrifuge systems for municipal and industrial applications for up to 440GPM (100 m3/h) These containerized systems include polymer make-up systems, feed pumps, flow-meters, cake discharge conveyors, piping, and integrated control panel. Container options include lighting, heating, windows, doors and stairs. Our containerized systems are great for modular expansions 10
DRYCAKE SEPARATOR CENTRIFUGES High speed centrifuges for polishing and separation DRYCAKE Separators are high speed and high h efficiency. Separators offer great liquid-liquid separation efficiency and a clearer centrate than a traditional Decanter Centrifuge. Separators have a lower solids and hydraulic loading capacity than a Decanter Centrifuge. They are therefore used primarily for liquidliquid separation with low solids loading and centrate quality is important or to polish the centrate of a Decanter Centrifuge. DRYCAKE Separators can be supplied as standalone units or as a packaged system with our Decanter Centrifuge. DRYCAKE Separators rs can also be supplied with Clean In Place functionality for industrial production processes. AUTOMATIC POLYMER MAKE-UP SYSTEMS Fully automated, designed with proper aging and capable of preparing concentrations between 0.05-0.5% without the need for post-dilution. POWDER SYSTEM DRYCAKE automatic powder polymer makedown systems include a powder hopper with micro-screw doser, powder prediluter, mixing and aging tank. For complete system integration, we can supply the system with a bulk bag loader, magmeter, polymer feed pumps and integrated standby emulsion system for redundancy. EMULSION SYSTEM DRYCAKE emulsion polymer systems feature a neat polymer pump, pressure control group, calibration column, water loading pump, static mixer, mixing tank and tank level sensor.
