Point System 1. $20 per class to enter point system for Trucks, Western Tractors & Semi s. 2. $10 per class to enter point system for Garden Tractors. 3. 5 points awarded for moving the sled to 75 4. 1st place receives 100 points, 2nd place 90 points, 3rd place 80 points down to 10th place. 5. Disorderly conduct may result in point loss from driver/vehicle. ANYONE (puller, crew member or family member, spectator) who has a complaint will talk to a TRACK OFFICIAL who NOT to the REGISRATION STAFF!! ANYONE who complains to the registration staff WILL BE DISQUALIFIED for that pull and BANNED from the next pull. Safety is highly stressed!!! Pull at your own risk!!! Not responsible for accidents!!! Positively no alcoholic beverages!!! 3

Truck General Rules (apply to every class) 1. Weight Classes. All classes require a minimum of three pullers. 2. No alcoholic beverages on track or in pit area. Any driver believed to be a potential safety hazard will be barred. Driver is responsible for their pit crew. Failure to observe rules will result in disqualification with no return of entry fee. 3. Pulling or towing vehicles must be operated in a safe manner at all times. 4. Helmets are highly recommended. And Seat Belts are required. 5. All weights must be securely fastened. No weights permitted in cab or under hood. No loose ballasts or bags. 6. Vehicle must start and stop on signal of track judge. No use of rear view mirrors. Pull is considered over when forward motion stops. Violators will be disqualified. 7. A 2 1/2 lb. dry powder fire extinguisher within reach of driver is required. 8. No one is allowed on track or within 25 of track except driver, track officials & judges. 9. No pit crew member permitted on track except to start vehicle & hook vehicle to sled. 10. No one other than driver permitted in pulling vehicles. 11. Vehicle must start with tight hitch. No jerking or working of clutch after pull is started. Any violation will be disqualified. 12. Vehicle & sled must remain in boundaries during pull. Any attempt to move sled is considered measurable. 13. Contestant must pull in assigned position & within 3 minutes of sled spotting. Track officials will determine position changes if necessary. 14. Entries close at the start of class. 15. First puller is considered a test puller & has the option to re-pull in 3rd or last position. All decisions on re-pull must be made before vehicle leaves the track with judge s approval. Any disqualification on 1st pull eliminates 2nd attempt. During pull-off, only one attempt is allowed to make a measurable pull. 16. Judge s decision is final in all classes. Judge has option to re-pull all 1st pulls. 17. Rain out: A session of pulling is official if 1/2 of the advertised classes are completed. A class will be considered official when 2/3 of the vehicles have pulled. Any classes not completed for any reason will be considered a rain out. TRACK OFFICAL(S) will determine if a class is a rain out. 18. If vehicle has open top or roll bar, a helmet with face shield is required. All vehicles must have a windshield. 19. Electric fuel pumps allowed in all classes. DOT stock tires okay, no over-sized duals. 20. All vehicles will be in Park/Neutral while being hitched/unhitched. 21. All vehicles with state inspection will pull in one class unless otherwise permitted. 22. Arguing & unsportsmanlike conduct toward officials is cause for disqualification of both vehicle a& driver for that day. All track official decisions are final. 23. No Nitros or Pressurized Vessels. 4

24. No vertical hitches allowed. Hitch must be accessible to be hooked/unhooked easily. 25. If there is a protest, it must be made by competitor of that class & be made to track officials only. Officials will decide if complaint is legitimate & if disqualification will take place. 26. All pullers pull at their own risk. 27. All trucks must have 4 or larger back-up lights or beeper. 28. All vehicles must weigh in and pass safety inspection. 29. Track officials reserve the right to re-weigh any pulling vehicle. 30. If truck has 3 consecutive wins during pulling season, with a 10% lead from 2nd place truck, then truck must move up to next class. 31. Hitch height must be 26 to the center of the hitch. 32. Hitches must have a 3 or larger hole. 33. Kill switches: U-Joint Shield must be 6 wide 1 4 steel or 3/8 aluminum, U-Joint shields required for the following classes: Small Block Street, Big Block Street, Small Block HO, Big Block HO, Open Diesel, Hot Street Diesel & 2-Wheel Drive. 34. If a competitor arrives late, said competitor will not be allowed to compete if the class has already started. 35. Boundary line will be 320 long to start the pull, even though a full pull may only be 300. 36. In a pull-off, each puller will hook in the order that they pulled in the original line up. No dropping of positions allowed. A floating finish will be used. 37. Rain out-a session of pulling is official if half of the advertised classes are completed. A class will be considered official when 2/3 of the vehicles have pulled. Any classes not completed for any reason will be considered a rain out. TRACK OFFICAL(S) will determine if a class is a rain out. 38. Rule Violation-Any 1st time violation will result in disqualification from that event. 2nd time violation for the same infraction will result in removal from that pulling season. Any puller suspended will not be allowed on the track or the pit area for the duration of the suspension. If vehicle is sold, vehicle will be allowed to pull, but the suspended party must not be involved with vehicle in any way. 39. Disqualifications-Out of bounds; any part of the vehicle touching the white boundary line while under green flag will be disqualified. Loss of weights or safety equipment under green flag. Loss of excessive fluid. Unsportsman like conduct. Leaving the starting line under red flag condition. Deliberate delay of pull. Excessive arguing with officials. Intoxication of any kind. 40. Safety Switch-All vehicles required to have a kill switch. Kill switch will be securely mounted to the back of the vehicle & have a 2 diameter ring to attach to the sled. A tie strap will be used during tech to show vehicles have been teched. A 1/4 hole will be used to securely hold tie strap just above the kill switch (only if tie strap is broken, decided by head track official, will competitor be given opportunity to pull again). Kill switches on diesel motors must have: air shut off must be operated from rear of vehicle. Air shut off will consist of cap or guillotine that closes off air into the engine. The cap or guideline will be spring loaded. 41. First 3 classes must be registered prior to driver s meeting. 5

Cold air system s are allowed. 4. No add-on s allowed in this class. 5. Payout is 50% of take-in. 6. Cat Back Systems are allowed. 7. Pre Emission Dual Exhausts are allowed. 6

Showroom Trucks Hook fee $20.00 Small Block 412 C.I. & less 6,500 lbs / Big Block 413 C.I. & up 6,500 lbs 1. Three add-ons or modifications are allowed. Add-ons being aluminum intake, headers, Holley carburetors and traction bars. 2. Vehicle should look & sound like an everyday vehicle. 3. Rough idle will be considered a modification. 4. Inspection & license necessary, owners card & insurance card may be ask for. 5. Air cleaners are mandatory. Battery must be secured to truck. 6. Must pull off bumper or Reese hitch. Hitch point must be rear most part of vehicle. 7. Hitch point can be no higher than vehicle frame. 8. No heavy front bumpers or hanging weights. Snowplow rigging allowed. 9. Weights can be put securely in the bed, no weights in cab of vehicle. 10. No weights under hood. Officials may check before, during & after pull. 11. Posi-traction carriers allowed. No welded carriers or spools permitted in front or rear differential. 12. Compression ratio should be no higher than year of vehicle being pulled. 13. 10 wide rim allowed. 12 tread width allowed. 14. No use of nitrous oxide or racing fuel. 15. No suspension add-ons, helper springs or air bags. Stock springs & overloads only. 16. Driver who fails to hold position in line will forfeit their points for that class. 2 Wheel Drive Trucks (Gas or Diesel) Hook fee $20.00 510 Cubic Inch Limit - 7,500 lbs 1. Front suspension must move up or down. 2. No differential limit. 3. No pedal steering. 4. Hitch height no more than 30 and no shorter than 27% and no longer than 36% of wheelbase. 5. Weight may not exceed 18 in front of grill. 6. No rear-end limit. 7. Any engine and transmission combo. 8. Headers coming out of hood must have 2 3/8 cross bolts in heads spaced 1 apart. 7

1. Must have original equipment as intended by manufacturer with body, hood, fenders & bed with floor. Flatbeds are allowed. 2. No frame alterations; lengthening or shortening. 3. Must be street legal or pass PA state inspection. 4. Tire size: limit to 12 tread width & 10 rims. Must be DOT approved. Dual tires permitted but cannot exceed 12 of tread. No chains or studs or Wrangler style tires. 5. Suspension blocks & lift kits allowed. 6. Factory fuel injection or turbochargers only. 7. Any battery powered ignition may be used. 8. Slipper clutches allowed. If no slipper clutch, blow proof bell or blanket required. 9. No nitrous oxide or any combustion accelerant. 10. Hitch height can be no higher than 26. Point of break to center of axle must be at least 36% of vehicle wheel base. 11. Factory high performance heads aftermarket & exhaust manifolds allowed, cast iron only. 12. Inspection & license necessary. Owners card & insurance will be checked. An equipment check of the following will be done & must function: windows & brake lights. No Lexan or Plexi in windows, must be glass. 13. DOT tires only. Cut tires allowed. Tread can be no deeper than original tread. 14. Can use pulling hitch no higher than 26 and rigid in all directions. Must be 27% of wheel base or longer. 15. Heavy front bumpers & hanging weights allowed. Weights must be securely fastened no further from 18 from grill. 16. Must run mufflers or at least 6 of exhaust limited to 3 diameter. 17. Fan shroud highly recommended. 18. Kill switches required see general rules. 19. Dual plane intake permitted, aluminum or cast. Single Plane not allowed. 20. Add-ons or modifications allowed, headers, camshaft, aluminum intake, carb, Hi-PO heads, traction bars. 21. No hood modifications. 22. No aluminum heads, aftermarket or OEM. 23. No dominator carburetors. 24. Street trucks will be allowed 4 add-ons. Street Trucks Hook fee $20.00 Small Block 412 C.I. & less 6,500 lbs / Big Block 413 C.I to 510 C.I. 6,500 lbs 25. Any 429-460, 427-454, 400-440 Mopar type engine pulling in Small Black Street will be checked with a cube checker or by a physical inspection. 8

High Output Hook fee $20.00 Small Block 435 C.I. & less 6,500 lbs / Big Block 440 C.I. & up 6,500 lbs 1. No frame alterations. Frame & body must be same year & make. 2. Limit to one 4 barrel carb. High rise manifold allowed. No tunnel rams. Dual Single Plane Allowed. 3. Must have fan shroud. 4. Headers allowed. 5. Pulling hitch permitted. 6. Suspension blocking allowed. Solid suspension. 7. Posi or welded front ends allowed. 8. Hook height 26. Hook point to center of axle should not be less than 27% of wheel base. 9. No wider than 12 rims. Tread width not to exceed 14. 10. Weight bracket allowed. Weights can be no further than 60 from center of front axle. 11. DOT tires only. Cut tires allowed if only cut once. No double cuts. 12. No Wrangler style tires, bar tires or stock car tires. 13. Drive shaft loops, U-Joint Shields & kill switches required. Kill switch must kill air. See general rules. 14. Any trucks that can t make High Output guidelines will pull in the Outlaw Class. 15. Any driver who fails to hold position in line will forfeit their points for that class. 16. Automatic transmissions must have blanket, Standard transmissions blow proof bell or blanket. 17. Aluminum heads are allowed. 18. Must retain stock exhaust intake pattern. 9

Absolute Showroom Diesel 4x4 Hook fee $20.00 8,000 lbs. 1). This is an Open Street 4X4 Truck Class available to currently licensed owners of trucks that are legal for highway use. If your truck is street legal and is built to the rules set forth herein, you can enter this class. Registration papers are required to prove that the truck is licensed for street use. A license plate with a current sticker is required to be affixed to the truck. Registration papers, license plate and sticker must all match. If applicable, A current inspection sticker is required. Trucks may be hauled to the pull. 2). Weight Class is 8,000 lbs. No weight brackets or hanging weights allowed on front of vehicles. Weights must be in Truck BED area only and securely fastened or contained safely therein. No weights allowed under hood or in the wheel wells. No weights may be suspended under the body/chassis or behind panels/parts. Weight class may be increased at the option of the head official, but may not be decreased. 3). Only single turbo chargers are permitted. The turbo inducer may be no larger than 2.5 native in diameter and will be checked at the officials discretion with calipers or A plug measuring 2.50. No bushing of the inducer is permitted. Failure to allow for turbo inspection and measurement will result in immediate disqualification with no refund. Any truck disqualified for this reason will be required to undergo a complete tech inspection, including turbo measuring, prior to any further participation. Absolutely no refunds for any illegal turbo found after the pull. NOTE: If your truck runs consistently in the top three places you will be checked! Exception: Ford 6.4 Engine. 4). All tires must carry a D.O.T. number on the sidewall. No cut, altered or sharpened tires. Trucks with dual rear wheels may enter and run in this class but tires may not extend beyond the outer edge of the factory fender well. Trucks using dual rear wheels must have a factory bed with factory fender wells. No studded tires, tires chains or any tire not Specifically intended for street use are permitted.12 wide total tread width front or back. 5). Front bumpers must be unaltered factory stock. No weighted front devices are permitted - this includes but is not limited to: Homemade bumpers, brush guards and winches. Lower brackets (only) for snow plow frames are permitted so long as no modifications that would add weight are determined. An unaltered decorative brush guard may be permitted at the option of the head official. A truck is permitted to compete without a front bumper. 6). The hitch point will be from the rear bumper only or from a Reese Type hitch on a level plane with the point of attachment to the trucks frame behind the pumpkin of the rear end. No other types of hitches are permitted. Hitch point may not be more than 26" from ground. Hitch point must be horizontal parallel to the ground. No angled, lever, pivot, axis or other types of trick hitches are allowed and the hitch must be stationary in all directions. The hook point must be the furthest point to the back of the truck. Hook point must be past the bed of the truck if there is no bumper, or past the end of the bumper. Shortening of the bed in order to shorten the hook point is not permitted. Each truck driver must supply a twisted clevis with a hooking hole a minimum of 3.5 across. 10

7.) No aluminum engine blocks are permitted unless O.E.M. NO open headers will be allowed. Pump diesel is the primary fuel permitted. Absolutely no alcohol, nitrous oxide, propane or other oxygen extenders. Headers are approved. Approved cross bolts - nearest to the charger are required if no muffler is used. No superchargers are allowed. Engine swaps between manufacturers are not permitted. Engine must have been available in 1 ton or less production truck. 8.) Exhaust may not exit to the side of the vehicle (toward the grandstand area) and may not exit straight down toward the track. Turnouts are permitted so long as approved cross bolts are in place within the exhaust system. 9). Duallies using gasoline as fuel and/or a street licensed heavy gasoline truck that cannot make weight for the street licensed gasoline class may enter with permission of the head official. This is a courtesy extended to local competitors that want the opportunity to participate in their home town event and is not to be construed as opening the class to gasoline trucks. 10). Suspension must have a minimum of 2 inches of downward movement at all times. No blocks are allowed between axle housing and truck frame that would restrict the necessary 2 inches of movement. Lift kits are acceptable. No solid suspensions are allowed. No air bags. Traction bars permitted. 11.) 265 Cross Section Allowed (Maximum). 12.) Truck must be in stock appearance. Floor in bed must be solid. The wheelbase may not be changed from original manufacturer. Wooden flatbeds are permitted with single rear wheels. 13). Transmission & transfer case must be O.E.M. and available in one ton (or smaller) pick -up trucks. Differentials no larger than 11.5 diameter ring/gear. 14.) Driver s window must be rolled completely up while competing. Drivers are required to wear a seatbelt or shoulder harness when hooked to the sled. No passengers 15.) Must have OEM Turbo and/or Blower, intakes & exhaust manifolds. Aftercoolers must also be O.E.M. 16.) Weights to be put in bed only. Must be secured. 11

REGULATIONS: Ballast: Ballast is permitted. Hanging weights may not extend more than 60 inches from the centerline of the front axle. Batteries: The batteries must be securely mounted. They may not be located in the driver compartment or forward of the radiator core support. Block: A filled block is permitted. Body: The body must be an OEM truck body, including the full bed floor. The body and truck bed must retain full factory sheet metal. Metal aftermarket hoods are permitted. Fiberglass is prohibited. The hood must be closed and securely latched while the vehicle is hooked to the sled. The complete OEM firewall and complete OEM floor pan is mandatory. Brakes: Four-wheel hydraulic brakes are mandatory. Chassis: The OEM chassis is mandatory. The engine must be in the OEM location for the body used. The vehicle must retain the full OEM chassis. Wheel tubs, back-half conversions, tube chassis, etc., are prohibited. Cooling System: Radiators must be in the vicinity of the stock location and be of at least stock size. Credentials: All drivers must have a valid state driver s license. Driveline: An OEM transmission and transfer case is mandatory. They must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pickup. Must have blow proof bells/blankets. Driver Restraint System: The OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be worn. Driveshaft Loops: All trucks must have a minimum of six-inch wide u-joint shields around the rear u-joint constructed of at least 1/4 inch steel or 3/8 inch aluminum that will safely contain the u-joint and the end of the rear shaft. Engine: The engine block must have been available as a factory option on a one-ton or smaller pickup truck. Blocks must circulate coolant freely. Water pumps must be present, but may be powered electrically. Electric fans are permitted. Aftermarket radiator assemblies are permitted, but must be securely mounted in the same area as the OEM unit. Differentials no larger than 11.5 Diameter. Classes will be 2.5 / 2.6. No bushed blowers from 2.8 3.0. Vehicle must appear inspectable. Lights, fenders, glass in place. Weights no further than 60 from center of front axle. Any exhaust permitted. Aftercoolers cooled by ice permitted. Solid suspension permitted. Hot Street Diesel (2.55 2.65) Hook fee $20.00 8,000 lbs 15

Exhaust: All vehicles must be equipped to direct exhaust upward including stock exhaust systems. Hood stacks are permitted. Two 3/8 inch diameter bolts must be installed through the exhaust pipe in a cross pattern within one inch of each other as close to the turbo as is practical. Hood stack exhaust must be at least 6 above closed position of the hood. Fire Extinguisher System: A fire extinguisher system is permitted. It must be securely mounted. Fuel: The fuel must be pump #1/#2 diesel only. Soy/Bio-diesel fuel is permitted. Off-road diesel fuel is prohibited. Fuel tank must in O.E.M location or an approved racing type fuel cell mounted properly in the bed. Fuel Injection Pump: The fuel injection pump is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM engine make-specific pump only. Dual high-pressure common-rail fuel pumps or HPOPs are permitted. Harmonic Balancer: All engines turning 4500 RPM and higher must be equipped with a harmonic balancer or damper meeting SFI Spec 18.1. Hitch: The hitch must be a receiver-style hitch; reinforcements are permitted. Reinforcements must not extend forward of the centerline of the rear axle. Any hitch attachments/bracing must be from frame down not from axle up. The hitch s height from the ground may not exceed 26 on 4WD units & on 2WD units hitch is 30. The hooking point must be the rear-most point on the vehicle & must be rearward of the stock location of the tailgate. Final decision of legality of all hitches resides with TRACK OFFICAL(S). Trick hitches are prohibited. Ice Water Intercoolers: Ice water intercoolers are allowed. Interior: A complete interior, including dashboard, door panels, headliner, etc., is mandatory. Two matching front seats are mandatory. Aftermarket seats are permitted; they must be fully upholstered. Must have full back and head rests on seats. All factory controls (lights, signals, horn, windows, wipers, etc.) must be retained and operative. Rear End: Non-OEM rear-end housings are prohibited. The rear end must have been an option on a 1-ton or smaller truck. Rear axle bolts to be covered by a cap or shield. Steering: The vehicle must retain the full, original OEM steering gear. The vehicle must retain the original OEM power steering assistance, if it was so equipped. Additional stabilizers are permitted. May use hydraulic assist but retain full operational OEM steering gear. Street Equipment: Complete headlight and taillight assemblies (all) are mandatory and must be operative. Complete OEM windshield and windows are mandatory. Windows must be operative per factory specifications; that is, they must open and close via OEM electrical or mechanical means. Driver s window must be completely rolled up while competing. Other windows on truck may be lowered. Suspension, Front: The factory suspension configuration must be retained. The upper mounting point for strut assemblies must be in the factory location. Adjustable caster/ camber pillow ball mounts are permitted. The lower control arm may be strengthened provided factory-mounting points to chassis are maintained. The lower mounting point for the strut assembly may be modified for improved caster or camber. Strut tower braces, lower tie bars, sway bars, and limit straps are permitted. Traction bars and devices are permitted. 16

Suspension, Rear: An OEM-style suspension is mandatory. Traction bars and devices are permitted; they must be bolt on only; welds are permitted for attachment to frame or axle housing. Control arms may be strengthened or replaced, provided all original mounting points are retained. Strut tower braces, lower tie bars, sway bars, limit straps, and camber kits are permitted. The rear suspension may be bolted solid to eliminate travel. All rear suspensions must use at least one working shock absorber per wheel. Tires: The tires must be DOT street tires. Cut tires are prohibited. Throttle: The use of a hand throttle is allowed. All throttles will have a dead man throttle that will automatically return to a closed position. Throttles will work in a forward to reverse motion, forward being open. Two springs will be required on the hand throttle and one spring on the fuel injection pump. Transfer Case: Non-OEM transfer cases are prohibited. It must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pick up truck. Transmission, Automatic: Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. Aftermarket torque converters, valve bodies and internal components are permitted. Transmission brakes are prohibited. Any non-oem floor-mounted automatic transmission shifter must be equipped with a spring-loaded positive reverse lockout device to prevent the shifter from accidentally being put into reverse gear. A functional neutral safety switch is mandatory. All transmission lines must be metallic or high-pressure-type hose. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an automatic transmission must be equipped with a transmission shield meeting SFI Spec 4.1 and must be labeled accordingly. A blanket-type shield is permitted; it must be appropriately labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1 and it must extend from the rear of the block to the front of tail housing with a minimum six-inch overlap where it is fastened. All non-blanket-type shields must incorporate two (or one, per manufacturers instructions) 3/4 inch by 1/8 inch straps that bolt to the shield on each side and pass under the transmission pan unless the transmission pan is labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an automatic transmission must be equipped with a flex plate meeting a Minimum SFI Spec 29.1 and be covered by a flex plate shield meeting SFI Spec 30.1 Transmission, Manual: Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. Aftermarket internal components are permitted. A clutch meeting minimum SFI Spec 1.1 or 1.2 is mandatory on all vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more. All manual transmissions must be clutch assisted. Sequential shifters are prohibited. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and equipped with a manual transmission must have a flywheel shield labeled as meeting minimum SFI Spec 6.3 or greater. Applications for which an SFI Spec flywheel shield is not available may use a properly attached SFI 4.1 or 4.2 blanket that completely covers the bell housing; it must be attached to the block and extend rearward to the transmission with a minimum six inch overlap where it is fastened. Turbocharger: The vehicle is limited to a single turbocharger; Inducer bore limits: 2.5 Class = 2.512; 2.6 Class = 2.612. Inlet measured with plug or internal calipers. A stock map width enhancement (MWE) groove is allowed. No MWE groove will be allowed that has a width greater than 1/4 inch. All provisions allowing air to the wheel other than via the bore and the MWE groove are prohibited. 6.4 liter Powerstroke engines may utilize the factory twin-turbo configuration. Water Injection: Water injection/methanol allowed. Nitrous/Propane are prohibited. Wheelbase: The vehicle must retain the original unaltered factory wheelbase and track width. Hitch will be 27% of wheel base, 26 high. 17

Semi s Pure Street Stock Semi Hook fee $20.00 This is a class for street legal and street licensed semi trucks. Legality of entry: 1. All entries must be a street licensed semi truck. 2. The owner must furnish a current registration card for the vehicle at the time of registration and the driver must have a valid CDL license. 3. Truck must be capable of pulling a trailer on the highway. 4. All trucks must be driven to pulls Safety considerations: 1. No riders are permitted in truck during pull attempt. Driver may not leave the drivers seat while vehicle is on the pulling track. Driver will take all direction from the flagman on the track. 2. Drivers must use a seatbelt and shoulder harness when hooked to the sled. 3. Must be 16 years old, unless approved by track officials. Hitches: 1. Hitch height to be determined by promoter. 2. Hitch must work from the fifth wheel with the fifth wheel centered between center line of front axle to the center between the two axles. 18

Weight of Truck (20,000 lb. maximum) 1. The truck shall appear road ready. 2. No added weight or ballast is permitted. 3. Special trucks, such as oil field trucks that carry additional weight that is not normally found on a road ready truck are not permitted in this class. 4. The promoter may weigh any truck at any time. 5. Trucks will triple rear axles are not permitted to participate in this class. Specialty Rules 1. Chaining or blocking of drive axles is not permitted. 2. A single turbo-charger is the maximum permitted. Exception: a Factory 2006, 2007, 2008 Cat twin turbo engine is permitted with factory installed twin turbo set up and absolutely no modifications. Also NTC 475 Cummins factory twin turbo set ups are allowed. 3. Water injection in any form is not permitted. 4. No ether, alcohol, nitrous or other combustible (propellant) liquid or combustible material may be injected into the turbocharger or any part of the air intake system. 5. Alteration/modification/replacement of the (OEM) original factory fuel pump is not permitted. No pump may be modified with Sigma parts. A Cummins engine must have a Cummins fuel pump A Detroit must have a Detroit fuel pump A Cat must have a Cat fuel pump. Normal pump diesel is the only fuel permitted in this class. 19

Stock Semi 20,000 pounds Hook fee $20.00 Ballast: Ballast is permitted truck frame & ballast cannot extend rearward beyond 42 from center of rear drive axle. Hanging weight in front is not permitted. Special trucks, such as oil field or any other truck that carry additional weight not normally found on road ready semis are not permitted. Final decisions rests with the technical department. Batteries: The Batteries must be securely mounted,. They may not be located in the driver compartment or forward of the radiator core support. Body: Trucks must have a minimum of 66 inches from the center of the tandems to the first structural obstruction such as the bunk, headache rack, tool box, etc, this is the minimum swing clearance needed to pull a trailer. Brakes: Rear wheel air or hydraulic functional brakes are mandatory. Computer Chips and Boxes: Use of these for engine performance is allowed. No traction control boxes permitted. Credentials: All drivers must have a valid state driver s license and at least 16 years old, unless approved by track officials. 20

Driver Restraint System: The OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be worn when hooked to the sled. Helmets are recommended but not required. Engine: Engine must be stock appearing. Engine in the truck must have been available in a class 8 truck. Fire Extinguisher System: A fire extinguisher system is permitted, it must be securely mounted All vehicles must have at least a 2 ½ lb extinguisher with working gauge mounted within drivers reach. Fuel: Normal pump diesel, soy diesel is the only fuel permitted in the class. The diesel fuel must pass any and all fuel test administered by TRACK OFFICAL(S). OEM factory fuel pumps only. No fuel pump may be modified with sigma parts. Cummins must have Cummins fuel pump, Detroit, Detroit fuel pump, CAT, CAT fuel pump, etc. Interior: A complete interior must be in place. Aftermarket seats permitted. The OEM seatbelt restraint must be worn. After market gauges are allowed. All factory controls (lights, horn, signals, windows, wipers, etc.) must be retained and operative. The uses of hand throttles are prohibited. 21

Nitrous Oxide: Nitrous Oxide is prohibited. No other oxygen extenders are allowed. All system components must be removed from the truck. Propane: Propane is prohibited. All system components must be removed from the truck unless for demonstration purposes only. Steering: The vehicle must retain the OEM steering gear and OEM power steering if equipped. Street Equipment: Complete headlight and taillights assemblies are mandatory. Complete OEM windshield and all other windows are mandatory. Must have a 4 back up light installed. Tires: The tires must be DOT street tires. No cut tires permitted. Transmission - Transmission must have been available in a class 8truck. All transmissions or clutch pedals will have a safety interlock switch so that vehicle will not start in gear. Turbocharger(s): A single turbocharger of any size is permitted. Truck must have same turbo that came with the engine, no mix & matching. Exception: The factory 2006, 2007, 2008 CAT twin Tubos is permitted with the factory installed setup with no modifications. Also the Cummins NTC factory twin turbo setup is also allowed in factory installed setup with no modifications. U-Joint Shield - Are Recommended Wheelbase: Trucks with triple rear drive axles are not permitted, unless approved by track officials. 22

Hot Stock Semi Hook fee $25.00 Batteries: Must be securely mounted & remain on outside of frame rail, rearward of front axle. Battery is not permitted in driver compartment. Brakes: Both drive axles must have working brakes. Parking brake chambers are recomended on both drive axles. Body: Must appear as a stock truck & have all street equipment. Must have 4 back up light, OEM steering and stock interior. Dress Code: Helmet and Fire suite is highly recommended, but not required. Drive Restraint System: OEM restraint system is mandatory. Electric Engine Control: ECM must be factory with factory connections. All ECM controls from factory. Cummins engine must have Cummins ECM, CAT must have CAT ECM, Detroit must have Detroit ECM, etc. Engine: Any engine is allowed but not to exceed V-8. 12V71 Detroit at track officials discretion. Fan blade must be a fiberglass blade & be inside a heavy fiberglass shroud. Metal fan blades are allowed. Exhaust: Exhaust must discharge vertically, no turn-out style pipe allowed. No through the hood exhaust stack. Fifth Wheel: Must be a working fifth wheel. The fifth wheel plate position will be no further forward than the center of the front axle & no further back then the center between the 2 axles. Fire Extinguisher: All trucks must have a 2 1/2 lb. or larger dry powder or Haylon extinguisher within reach of driver. Frame: May not extend rearward beyond 42 from center of rear axle. 23

Fuel: Diesel fuel only. Hitch: Puller must supply their own hitch. Hitch must pull from a standard fifth wheel. Center line of rear axle to hook point must not be greater than 7. Minimum of 66 of unobstructed area from the center of the fifth wheel forward to the first obstruction. Hitch must be capable to adjust to 20 or lower with suspension pull ready. Hook point must have a 3 1/2 hole. Kill Switch: - Recommended All trucks are required to have a kill switch located on rear of truck at hook point. Must have air guillotine of a spring loaded type. No butterfly type kill switch. A minimum of 2 solid ring is required. Fuel kill is optional. Tires: Must have DOT approved tires, no cutting of tires permitted. Turbo: A single turbo charger is permitted with a maximum intake wheel inducer bore size of 4.100. Turbo size will be checked using a 4.150 plug. Turbo cannot be bushed down from a larger size. No oval shaped inducer bores. Compressor wheel must extend into the inducer bore a minimum of.125, factory style map width enhancement groove is permitted no other means for air to get into compressor wheel are permitted. Exception; factory 2006 2007, 2009 CAT and Cummins. NTC with factory twin turbo setup with no modifications. U-Joint Shields Recommended but not required. Vehicle: Class is open to three axle truck tractors with tendon drive axle, driving steer axle s are not allowed. Truck must maintain street ready appearance. Vehicle does not need license or inspection. 24

Water Injection: Water injection is permitted, whole water injection system must be visible. Any combustible gas or liquid is not permitted to be injected, alcohol, NOS. Weight: Weight with driver may not exceed 20,000lbs. All trucks will weigh, where capable. No hanging weight in front of vehicle. Extra ballast weight are permitted but cannot block hitch or extend rearward beyond 42 from center of rear drive axle. 25

General Rules (apply to every class) Tractor Pulling 1. No riders on tractors, drivers only!! 2. Two class limit. 3. Each driver has 75 to decide to re-pull. 4. There must be a 3 or larger hole in clevis or drawbar. Hitch must have clear access from sled pan & hook must hang, not lay on hitch. Must meet the approval of track officials. 5. Driver must provide a 3/4 pin or larger to adapt to clevis or hitch of tractor. 6. Tractor must meet the approval of track officials. 7. Tractors must have original shields & guards in place. 8. Weights must be secured in place, any weights, parts being lost while pulling disqualifies driver. 9. No weight frame or weights may exceed 24 beyond the front of the tractor frame. 10. Driver must be 12 years old or older unless approved by TRACK OFFICAL(S). 11. Height of front end raising off the ground may not exceed the height of flagmans head. 12. Tractors/weights cannot be altered in any way while on the track. 13. All weights must be secured to tractor & may not be changed after crossing the scale. 14. 4 wheel drives may pull, but the front wheels must be in neutral, no assist to power front wheels. 15. No dual wheels, cut tires, aluminum wheels or chains allowed. Aluminum wheels allowed in Hot Stock. 16. Pull must be started with a tight chain. 17. Driver to remain with their tractor while in line, failure to do so will forfeit their hook. 18. Judges & pulling steward hold right to stop a driver if tractor is being operated in unsafe manner. 19. Driver will remain seated at all times. No jumping or leaning over back of seat. 20. Judging will be on best distance & judges make the final decision. 21. Any jerking of sled or aggressive driving on or off the track results in disqualification of driver. 22. Only officials and one puller allowed on track. 23. All tractors will be checked for illegal modifications & safety. 24. No alcoholic beverages of any kind permitted. 25. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification of tractor & driver for the day. 26. All protests are to be made to track officials only. 27. If there s a protest, officials will decide if it s legitimate, if so, tractor will be disqualified. 28

28. Judges will decide what class each tractor is to pull in. 29. Tractor must stay within marked boundaries. 30. Tractors must remain in park, neutral or shut off, hands in air, while being hooked/ unhooked. 31. Judges have the option to re-pull 1st puller. 32. Tractor can only be registered once for point standings in each class. 33. Any disqualification on 1st pull cancels 2nd attempt. 34. Must have three pullers to make a class. 35. Top cut tires only (excludes hot stock). 36. No floating hitches. 37. Hitches are not to exceed 20 from ground & must be easily accessible. 38. Hitch may not be above center of rear axle & a minimum of 18 from center of axle. 39. Helmet, pants & leather boots are recommended for non farm. 40. Rear weights can t exceed 12 past back tire. Weight cannot block the hitch. 41. Minneapolis Moline s top of crank case to top of cylinder block must not exceed 8 1/8. 42. First 3 classes must be registered prior to driver s meeting. 43. Any puller, crew member, family member or spectator with a complaint must talk to a track official. ANYONE complaining to the registration table WILL be DISQUALIFIED from current pull and BANNED from the next pull. 29

Block must be same as manufacture of tractor. Must use OEM head. Tractor identification must be by actual transmission, rear end & chassis size not by decal or sheet metal. 2. All tractors must be equipped with original style hood and/or grill. 3. Exhaust must discharge vertically upward above highest point of tractor & securely attached with the exception of roll bars. Exhaust must be at least 18 above hood with no curved pipes or rain cap. Exhaust pipe must be cross-bolted with two 3/8 bolts within 1 from each other. 4. Minimum drawbar length; 18 from center or rear wheels to point of hook. Drawbar must be stationary in all directions, not over 20 from top of hitch parallel to the ground. 5. All engine fans must be shrouded with steel 1/16 or thicker, 360 or factory. 6. Turbocharger must be under hood. Maximum turbocharger size 3x3 inlet bore at the compressor whell or a restrictor plate 3/8 thick with a hole no larger than 3 diameter within 2 of compressor wheel. Compressor wheel must extend into throat of housing. 7. Maximum 540 cubic inches on turbocharged diesels. 8. Intercoolers & water injection allowed. 9. Injection pump size & type must be the make for the tractor. A pumps only, no P pumps. 10. A 2 1/2 lb dry chemical of halon type fire extinguisher is required. 11. All tractors operating at or over 3,000 RPM s will require the following: A. Flywheel protection in the form of a scatter blanket or 4 x3/8 steel surrounding flywheel. B. Air shut-off. C. Driver pulling hot stock cannot pull pure stock, stock or non-stock farm. 17. Seat belts or 5 point harness is mandatory. 18. All protests are to be made to track officials. 19. Any disqualifications on 1st pull cancels 2nd attempt. 20. Wheelie Bars: Must have rear wheelie bar, must be stronger or rigid to hold weight of tractor. Must have pads on bottom bars (maximum of 10 off of ground & maximum of 20 outside to outside), a minimum of 32 rearward from the center of the rear housing. 21. Must have an air guillotine or flapper with a spring load top. A minimum of 2 solid ring is required. 22. Dead man throttle must have 2 springs. 33

Non Stock Farm Tractors Hook fee $20.00 1. Hood, fenders & grill must remain stock. 2. Engine must be stock, block, head & manifold; no mix of makes. 3. Turbo maximum size; 2.8 inlet x 3 in exhaust. No billet intake wheels. No modifications to compressor wheels & housing. Officials reserve the right to check with inlet plug. 4. Driver is recommended to wear seat belt, helmet, leather boots & long sleeve shirt. 5. Kill switch must be in the rear of tractor & air guillotine of spring load type with 2 solid ring to hook to sled. 6. Exhaust must be vertical, minimum of 3/8 cross bolt or larger, 1 from each other & 18 above hood. 7. If engine exceeds 3,000 RPM s, must have side shields 1/16 or thicker & transmission blanket. 8. Fuel pump must be for said tractor; make & model, stock appearance. No adapter plate. 9. No inner coolers, unless from factory. Water injection allowed. 10. Tires: Maximum tire size: 20.8-42. Top cut only. 11. 466 cubic inch engine, maximum. 12. If pulling in this class, you may not pull in Stock. 13. Limited to 2 weight classes. 14. 3 wins during pulling season, you must advance to Hot Stock. If there is more than 3 tractors in the class. 15. 2.5 lb. dry chemical fire extinguisher required. 16.
