State Group Two Alabama is the only state in this group The following services and information are provided for states in State Group Two: VIN VERIFICATION/VIN DISCOVERY, which includes information on VIN, Year, Make, Model, State of Registration, Plate Expiration Date, Decoded Description of the VIN REGISTERED OWNER INFORMATION, which includes information on confirmation of the registered vehicle owner's identity (name and address) reported in the following format: DOES REGISTERED OWNER SURNAME MATCH?: YES/NO DOES REGISTERED OWNER NAME MATCH?: YES/NO DOES REGISTERED OWNER ADDRESS MATCH?*: YES/NO Address confirmation requires a surname or full-name match DEVELOPED VEHICLES, which include information on other vehicles registered at the input address Developed vehicles are reported when the registered owner's full name, address and VIN for the subject vehicle matches input The registered owner name for developed vehicles is reported only when matched to input State Group Three No VIN Services or information is available for the states in State Group Three These states are: California Hawaii New Hampshire New York Oklahoma Pennsylvania Virginia V I N Only Report This chapter discusses the different sections of the VIN Only report Field descriptions are included in the succeeding sections 6
Report Header Section This is the first section in your VIN Only report It contains report identity details, including the order date and return date of the requested data Report Header Field Descriptions Field Order Date Complete Date Case ID Quoteback Account Node/Location User ID Special Billing ID Reference Number Processing Status Description The date and time the order was placed The date and time that order was completed The unique identifier for this report The requesting insurance company's identification code for this report It may contain the applicant's initials, policy number, etc Date and time may appear beside the quoteback, this is the date and time the insurance company received the complete report The requester s LexisNexis account number The unique LexisNexis assigned identifier for your business location The identifier of the user who ordered the report The billing information identifier for this order This field only appears if your account is configured for it The report identification number within VIN Services If you have questions about your report, provide this number to a LexisNexis representative when you call Customer Support The current status of the report Recap Section This section summarizes the search results of your report order 7
