CUP-OH2 heavy duty radially split overhung pumps The CLYDEUNION Pumps CUP-OH2 is a radially split, single stage, overhung pump suitable for a variety of services. All units comply with API 610. There are thousands of CLYDEUNION CUP-OH2 pumps operating worldwide on services as diverse as: Heat transfer fluids and other product at 800 F (426 C) service temperatures Light hydrocarbon refinery services with specific gravities of 0.45 and less Wide variety of fluids pumped such as HF acid using S9 construction RIGID CONSTRUCTION As standard the CUP-OH2 pump casings are designed for 2 x API 610 Table 4 nozzle loads. PROVEN PRODUCT INTEGRITY The CLYDEUNION Pumps CUP-OH2 encompasses proven design history. The Union Pump HHS, David Brown DB10, DB Guinard Pumps SMK, and Clyde H-OP all have an enviable history of sound engineering, designed to exceed the rigorous requirements of API 610. The CUP-OH2 pumps are among the most robust in the industry with shaft deflection below the API 610 criteria. EASE OF MAINTENANCE The simple construction of the CUP-OH2 pump offers ease of maintenance and reliability. Adequate coupling spacers facilitate removal of back pull out assembly when maintenance is required. PUMP SETS & PACKAGES CLYDEUNION Pumps has extensive experience in providing complex pump sets including electric motors, gearboxes, steam turbines, diesel engines, control panels and instrumentation.

Bearing Arrangements and optional features Standard Bearing Assembly Designed for minimum 25,000 hour L10 life. Oil flinger used as standard. Angular contact bearings with machined brass cages. INPRO bearing isolators throughout, give reduced contamination for improved bearing life. Bearing frame fins provide optimum heat dissipation. Proven reliability in a wide range of applications, speeds and environments. CP Seal System All CUP-OH2 pumps are designed for use with our patented CP System (Plan 53C). CP System technology offers a proven history in improving seal life, particularly under varying suction pressures. The unique CP System design provides an excellent mechanical sealing environment in the most demanding process conditions. Optional Bearing Housing Sealing and Cooling Magnetic bearing isolators are available. These can be used with expansion chambers. High thrust configurations are available when required for the duty conditions. Cooling fan. Water cooling. Metallurgy Options Specialized coatings for abrasive services improve life on critical components. Non-metallic wear parts improve operation and performance efficiencies. Specialized metallurgy such as Monel, Hastelloy B & C, Alloy 20, and Super Duplex for aggressive services. Baseplate Rigid construction, fully fabricated baseplates as standard. Available as non-grout or pre-grout. Optional Bearing Housing Lubrication Provisions for purge or pure oil mist as standard. Optional oil ring lubrication when required.
