R211.4 Signs On- space identification signs shall include the International Symbol of Accessibility complying with R411 At accessible parallel parking spaces and accessible passenger loading zones, locate signs at the head or foot of the space/zone so as not to interfere with the operation of a side lift or a passenger side transfer. Mark and sign per MUTCD 2B.46 and 3B.19
