B/R Fully Automatic ASTM D1160 Vacuum Distillation Turn Key System: This system includes everything needed to automatically perform a vacuum distillation according ASTM D1160. All glassware, a complete vacuum system, circulating bath, PC and other items needed to perform the test are mounted in an ergonomic safety cabinet. All you need is space for the unit and a standard electrical outlet and you are ready to run a sample. Fully Automatic: This system performs the D1160 test automatically. Just put sample in the boiling flask and start the test. Everything else is done automatically including: n Vacuum control n Distillation rate control n Condenser and receiver temperature control n Recording of distillation data, first drop (IBP) and final boiling point (FBP) n Detection of cracking and boiling flask over-temperature n Ending of distillation, cool down and generation of the final report Easy to Use: PC control automates the D1160 test from beginning to end. New and experienced operators will find this system simple to use. The software steps you through the testing process from start up to printing of results.
