Founded in Luckenwalde near Berlin, the company moved to Torgau near Leipzig in 1906. They were located there until 1946. 1945 After the chaos of war, STOLL began with the development and production of beet harvesters at the new site in Lengede. For decades, STOLL beet harvesters dominated on the beet fields of Germany. 1965 The product range of STOLL was expanded by front loaders. From the beginning, this range of products was very successful. 1973 STOLL delivers tailor-made front loaders for all popular tractors and offers a wide range of attachment tools. 1983 As the first manufacturer of front loaders, STOLL developed and manufactures the drive-in front loader. Hence, for the first time the front loader can be separated with little effort from the tractor within 2 minutes. 2007 With the FZ / FS series of front loader, the design of the front loader is ingeniously simplified further: Without having to relinquish stability, the control rods and hydraulic pipelines are located in the linkages. With more than 320 staff, each year approx. 10,000 front loaders for all popular tractors on the market are manufactured at the site in Lengede / Lower Saxony. The control rod is in the void, below it the hydraulic pipes. The control rod and all hydraulic pipes are integrated into the linkage strut. High lifting and tensile forces are ensured through the robust bell-crank linkage. No interfering control rods and no hydraulic pipes obscure the field of vision of the driver. The innovation, which you can expect from a new STOLL front loader. Mechanical selflevelling in addition with Z-Kinematik was available before, but the positioning positioning of the control rod inside the rear lift-arm pillar is a skilfully, creative solution, and develops until now not known comfort concerning better view during loader-work and also regarding the construction of the loader. This new concept now acquires the operation-job, which could be realized only with hydraulic guided selflevellingloaders. The design of interleaved liftarms ensures highest rigidity especially by additional strengthening the overlapping zone with a thick flange-like part. The profile of liftarms is enlarged as well. In the middle of loader the width is 116 mm compared to 80 mm in F series. You can depend on this loader 100 %. Novel U-pillar-profile with bridge The sheet of pillar is bended of a piece and stabilized by a bridge sheet shifted inwardly. In the opening the inboard control rod is placed in the open downward part lay, hided invisible, all hydraulic pipes. Through the specially aligned attachment parts, the front loader is so positioned that the front axle is not unduly loaded with additional weight. The use of ø 40 mm bolts everywhere, which are often only pivoted in used sheet thickness for reasons of economy, does not meet the STOLL claims. Therefore with new FZ loader series 60 / 60.1 and 80.1 all bearings are in each case strengthened by 22 mm thick and welded bearing bushes another proof for self stuck high quality standard for STOLL front loaders. The minor loaded bearing at deflexion lever is an exception. Without exception all bearing points of the FZ loaders are enfolded by approved DX-composite bushes. 12 13 Who invented it? The original mounting and drive-in attachment system from STOLL has been excelling for over 25 years. Quicker attachment and removal of the front loader was always a strength of STOLL. Already in the standard version, the hydraulic connection of the tractor to the front loader was carried out via four flat plug couplings. The coloured indication of the individual connections eliminates any confusion. The serial allocation in a row improved the forward vision. One plug all pipelines The HYDRO-FIX hydraulic connection offers more convenience. With one hand movement, connection to four connectors is made or released simultaneously. A HYDRO-FIX is also available for the quick connection of tools to the 3rd or 4th control circuit. Thus, set-up times are reduced. When connecting or disconnecting there is no appreciable leakage therefore, the HYDRO-FIX is also an environmentally friendly solution. If the attachment tools are changed often, the 2nd HYDRO-FIX connection for tools saves time and increases the ease of operating. Loader Retainer The countless thousand times approved STOLL-Drive-In-System is also adopted for FZ / FS series. The Loader Retainer is also compatible with elderly series brackets with hook-connection. Safety loader stand These new loaders provide everything that make loading easier and more comfortable. The loader stands securely on the selfsecuring parking-supports. The locking and unlocking is even more intelligently solved and the handling is done without expenditure of energy. The flipped up park legs mask hydraulic pipes which are placed underneath the liftarm during loader operation. Visual level-indicator for implement positioning Everything that facilitates and enhances loading was implemented in the new FZ loader. So the visual indication for implement positioning is completely reengineered more easily adjustable pleasing to the eye. Simply drive-in and lock the front loader with one movement of the hand. Using the HydRO-FIX, the hydraulic pipelines are connected with one hand movement. With only one tractor for all tasks, one does not always require to carry around the front loader. The drive-in system is practical and, above all, quick. I only require just over a minute to attach it. I had a STOLL loader 15 years ago with this drivein system. It convinced me that the loader still fits securely even after this long time, thanks to the adjustable tension wedge connection. The sturdy forged acceptance bone of the STOLL drive-in loader system. Sturdy and non-wearing. The loader is quickly attached and locked. That only takes just a little more than a minute and the tractor is transformed into an agricultural loading machine.

14 15 But safely: drive in CoMFort. STOLL COMFORT-DRIVE eliminates nuisance vibrations and bobbing motions. Piston accumulator is on stop Gas Thanks to COMFORT-DRIVE, the tractor can also be driven on poor surfaces steady and easy, with a front loader attached or without. That protects my back, as well as the front axle of my tractor. A double-action pressure relief valve which response at 210 bars, secures the tool cylinders against overload at heavy duty loading jobs. No pitching, no resonance STOLL comes up with a new solution for the shock-absorber system COMFORT-DRIVE. The overpressure-sensitive rubber-membraneaccumulators are replaced by a nearly indestructible piston accumulator. This is integrated in the sized dimensioned cross-tube. At maximum load the piston accumulator runs on a stopper and is therefore insensitive against destroying. With big volume of about 1 l and a low charging pressure this system already damps at small loads. Furthermore the piston accumulator can be charged afterwards for higher pressure by appropriate specialist dealers. The 3rd control circuit is prepared in central hydraulic block.

16 17 MorE in the shovel. The PLUS function of the FZ front loader: No trickle losses, refilling, fast unloading, lifting and simultaneous discharge. Return-to-level function returns the shovel to ground level upon pressing a button. 24 degrees additional scooping function no other mechanical selflevelled loader can do it! A disadvantage of all mechanical selflevelling loaders until now was that the selflevelling could not be switched off during bucket loading jobs. Thereby unadvoidable trickle losses occur and the bucket could often only be filled insufficient. Due to innovative technique this is over with introduction of new FZ loaders. The bucket offers a tip in angle of 45 degrees at ground level. The exceptionality of new STOLL loader is a remaining residual lift of 63 mm at the tool cylinder, which can be used for additional scooping during lifting the loader. The bucket can be tipped in about 24 degrees on the first meter so that a total tip in angle of 69 degrees is achieved. Thereby the goods are scooped into bucket during lifting. The positive effect is that no trickle losses occur and that the bucket is always filled to the rim for high loading performance. You will quickly realize this advantage and do not want to miss this fair practice function again. You can easily activate this function by pressing a button. Tool-rapid dumping Furthermore the + version provides a function for rapid dumping of filled bucket by gravity. In addition a combi-function of lifting the bucket and simultaneous tipping out is possible. New function Return-to-level After emptying, at the press of a button, the shovel automatically returns to ground level when lowering. That makes it easier for the driver when carrying out prolonged loading tasks. This is what it is like in practice: A full shovel remains a full shovel even during lifting, thanks to the rescoop function. The result: No trickling wastage, high loading capacity. On a fingertip: Rapid dumping. 63 mm Residual lift 69 + 24 degrees additional scooping 45 93 cm The system is as ingenious as simple. After lifting, the loading shovel can be tilted by a further 24 during the raising of the loader. The material loaded remains in the shovel. At the press of a button, return to ground level: the new Return-to-level function.

Changing tools in less than 30 Secs. A HydRO-FIX on the quick-release frame is also available for the hydraulically operated tools. EURO quick-release frame The quick-release frame is an approved STOLL construction and presents a rigid and safe bonding between liftarm and implement. The automatic locking locks the implement self-acting at lifting. With just one hand movement both locking bolts are loosen to park the implement. Furthermore a locking system with electrohydraulic operation comfort is available which put descending aside. The implement quick-release frame according ISO / FDIS 23206 is compatible with all EUROhook implements by ø 40 mm shafts and ø 20 mm bolts. The handling of quick-release frame is securely and easy from the outside no knuckle down and no grab into liftarm. The hydraulic tool locking, Hydro-Lock, is available on request.

20 21 Controls to order. STOLL has the right control lever for every tractor. a stoll Will Fit on any tractor. The STOLL designers have created a total of 450 individual mounted solutions. Always individual to the type of tractor: Attachment part with rear axle support. For all tractors with half-frames: Attachment part without rear axle support. The engineers at STOLL design each attachment part suitable for all conventional types of tractor. This individuality ensures safe and perfectly correct attachment of the STOLL front loader to every tractor. The linkages are available in two widths for narrow and wide bonnets. The ergonomic operating lever of the single-lever control unit for the Bowden cable is installed in the tractor cabin convenient for the driver to reach. Using the ECO-Pro 3 pushbutton joystick, operation of the loader functions is purely electrical and, therefore, especially smooth and easy. 3-pushbutton joystick for operating the front loader using the tractors own proportional, single-lever control units. Installation is carried out at the positions provided by the manufacturer of the tractor. Taken for granted by STOLL: Free access to the air filter. The daily maintenance points on the tractor are always freely accessible also with the front loader attached.
