6 / nardi 7 / nardi CORN HARVESTING Maizestorm rigid&foldable Nardi rigid and foldable corn heads operate with all combine types thanks to a wide range of adaptors frames. Features Equipped by series Milking rollers system with interchangeable knives made of stratification of carbide of tungsten. Optional Row divider kit - elements in rubber for keeping in order the chopped stems facilitating eventual gathering. Indicator of the opening of plates to tear up the corncobs. Connected electrically with combine. Electric or hydraulic connection (deck plates) Rotating sunflower kit consists of one additional gear equipped with knives and connected to the belts of row group. Each kit can be mounted and dismounted from the header. This operation requires about 30-40min. for each row group. Combine adapter frame/hooking flange and cardan shafts Milking rollers system with self-sharpening welded plates made of stratification of carbide of tungsten. Lateral auger, it s necessary for lied corn and to guarantee zero losses. It can be mounted on one side both sides of the header. Stalk crushers (the pair) Frames Frames are welded with cataphoresis treatment and the row unit gear box are integrated in the frame iself. Gathering chains are always kept at the right tension thanks to a spring assisted mechanic system. Milking rollers Milking rollers can be supplied with bolted blades or with self sharpening welded winglets. The snapping plates can be controlled electrically or hydraulically. Their opening width can be controlled by the cabin. All the head is protected by safety clutches. Transmission chains are automatically lubricates even during harvesting. Foldable heads when closed have all a dimension who allow road circulation. Stalk choppers Stalk choppers are in a lateral position to completely cover the milking rollers area thanks to a wide size knives. Stalk chopper gear boxes are positionated in a lateral forward and their rotating knives cover almost all the milking blades area for a fast and high quality chopping result. Chopper can be activated \ deactiveted by a simple lever in any moment and it also has a particular mechanic system to prevent chain stress when power comes from combine at first accension. 12 / nardi 13 / nardi SUNFLOWER HARVESTING Sunstorm rows rigid&foldable Nardi Sunstorm rows sunflower headers are build both in rigid and foldable frames and they can operate with all combines models on the market thanks to their wide range of adapters. Features Each row units receive the power by a shaft and it is protected by a clutch. Two-counter rotating cutting discs gently cut the sunflower stalk without shaking, resulting in minimal seed loss. Central rubber flaps utilized in the center of the auger for optimal feeding rates. Perfect fitting Nardi Sunstorm can be easily fitted to all combine models thanks to an attachment kit with adjustable inclination. It angles easily and can be adjusted according to working conditions. Specially shaped collecting pans are designed to catch anything falling from the sunflower head. They are tilted backwards ensuring everything falling on them flows easily to the auger, thereby minimizing seed loss. The Nardi Sunstorm is a simple system with the best performances to harvest every seed from your crop. Two gathering chains equipped with rubber blocks / belts gently but firmly hold the plant as it is transported to the auger. Not only does this ensure a consistent flow, but it delivers unprecedented crop retrieval compared with our competitors. 28 / nardi 29 / nardi PICK-UP HARVESTING Pick-up Features The Pick-Up header is simple and strong with a long working run, in production from many years and used in all the world. Independent hydraulic transmission The Pick-up hydraulic transmission system is independent from the one of the combine with a splined shaft which is connected to the combine power out take. It has its own tank and filter. The filter and the tank are mounted on the pick-up frame. Rear external transmission The transmission is made of a splined shaft which is connected to the combine power out take with a shaft. Safety clutch A disk safety clutch is a standard feature of the auger. Supporting wheels Are adjustable in height and pivoting. Single belt (optional) Perfect fitting The Pick-Up operates with all combines makes and models.
