QUESTION 3 SOALAN 3 (a) The use of a diverting device part will enable one conveyor track to move to another conveyor track. By pressing a switch button, the frame of the diverting device is pushed forward. The part is moved over and transported onwards in the opposite direction. By pressing another push button switch, the frame is returned to its start position. Refer to Figure 3(a). Terangkan secara terperinci DUA ( 2 ) masalah utama yang mungkin berlaku apabila menggunakan sistem hidraulik. (c) A furnace door is open and close by a hydraulic double acting cylinder. The cylinder been controlled by a 4/2-way valve with spring return. This ensures that the door opens only as long as the valve is actuated. When the valve actuating lever for hydraulic system and push button for electro hydraulic system is release, the door close again. Pintu kebuk dibuka dan ditutup oleh silinder dua tindakan hidraulik. Silinder akan dikawal oleh injap 4/2 hala dengan balikan spring. Ini memastikan bahawa pintu dibuka hanya selagi injap digerakkan.
