Typhoon B Series CNC Turning Centres The Typhoon B Series constructed from a one piece cast, base incorporates FEM analysis to achieve an optimal structure to further enhance machine rigidity and stability.

The Typhoon B Series combines a compact footprint with maximum cutting performance and flexibility to satisfy your heavy duty cutting requirements. To perform heavy chip removal, high performance roller type guideways are more rigid and have a higher load capacity than linear guideways.
The Typhoon B Series Slant Bed CNC Turning Centres Highly accurate cutting is achieved through the one piece cast base that incorporates FEM analysis. This helps to achieve an optimal structure to further enhance machine rigidity and stability. The 30º slant bed design has a low centre of gravity for easier swarf management and better ergonomics. The Typhoon B Series can achieve maximum 20 m/min for the X axis and 25 m/min for the Z axis. Servo motors are fitted with absolute encoders for faster and more reliable positioning.

Direct Coupled Motor Direct coupled ballscrew transfers energy without waste. Servo Turret (OPT) High speed servo driven, high precision turret changes tool positions within 0.2 seconds.
