Auto Mains Failure DESCRIPTION AMF Controller AE03 is an Automatic Mains Failure controller, which activates the generator during power failure & vice versa. The panel includes mc based controller. The operation is controlled automatically in Auto Mode as well as manually in the Manual Mode. Apart from the activating & deactivating, AMF03 can control the GENSET according to the engine side parameters like Water Temp., Lub oil pressure etc. And alternator side parameter like under voltage, over voltage, under frequency etc. Also it gives us various indications & power measurement. It s having LCD display & user friendly setting parameter. Software also provides inbuilt help menu. Auto Mains Failure FEATURES Microprocessor based design Automatic engine start and stop LCD Display with key pad Solid state fuel stop & crank outputs LED indication for few operations. OPERATION Auto mode: In this mode panel monitors the mains supply (3 phase or single phase). As the incoming mains supply either fail or drops below preset limit i.e. 80V (by default) the generator will be started and load will be transferred to genset, panel will indicate that load is transferred to genset with LED indication. When the AC mains supply returns within limit, the panel will wait for preset time & will transfer the load to mains (indication through LED). The engine will be instructed to stop after preset time. Manual mode: Manual mode is used to start & run the engine with start push button. And it can be stopped by pressing the stop push button. Off mode: Off mode is used to keep the Genset off condition in case of mains fail. Nor AMF controller will transfer the Load on DG. Night mode: Night mode is the special mode in which the Genset will be kept in Off Mode in the specific period of the day. This period is settable. Test mode: Test mode will be active in AUTO / MANUAL mode while mains present. To enter into test mode, press test key, and observe the indications on LCD display.
