F627DOUBLE ECCENTRC BUTTERFLY VALVES BS EN 93
The Keystone Figure 627 PQ is a Bi-directional, double eccentric, resilient seated butterfly valve, available in double flanged and wafer configurations. Features: Double eccentric closing action reduces torque and seat contact during operation extending the valves life and seating reliability. Designed & tested for both on / off and modulating service. Epoxy backed seat fitted after coating ensures no opportunity for corrosion behind the seating area. Dovetail seat locking construction eliminates the need for seat retaining mechanisms that can loosen or corrode in service. Subject to the valve size and damage, the seat can be repaired in the field and in certain cases, repaired from outside the valve without disassembly from or draining of the pipeline. (sizes > DN300) Optional 316 High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) applied stainless steel disc edge is available for increased disc edge protection from cavitation on sizes > DN300. All ferrous components are coated with 20 Microns of Fusion Bonded Epoxy for superior corrosion resistance and long life. Lifting lugs and foot mounting points are integral to the body for easy transportation. Fully rated bidirectional design. Top mounting plates conform to SO 211 for mounting actuators. Disc connection to the shaft by encapsulated blind pinning with mechanical retainers eliminating potential leak paths and possible pin dislodgement.

Seat installed after fusion bonded epoxy coating, eliminating under seat corrosion risk.
