If the automation is to be installed at a level higher than 2,5 m above ground STANDARDS TO FOLLOW level or other level of access,, should be followed the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equipment workers at work in Directive 2009/104/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th September of 2009. After installation, make sure that the mechanism is properly adjusted and that the protection system and any manual unlocker works correctly. In order to protect the electrical cables against mechanical stress, you should use conduit for the electrical wires, essentially on the power cable. When programming the control unit, pay particular attention to touching only the location intended for that purpose. Failure to do so may result in electric shock. 2A 2B

02. AUTOMATISM 03. INSTALLATION DIMSIONS PRE-INSTALLATION INFO Wall For a proper ECO PLUS RAPID DOOR function, check the following parameters before installing the automatism: Read all steps at least once in order to get familiar with the installation and configuration process. 185mm Check the horizontal alignment of the ground so that the door can be correctly assembled. 185mm 40mm Make sure there is an adequate protection against electrical shorts/current peaks and ground wire connection in Electrical Box. 238mm 275mm Be careful handling directly the control board. Improper handling can damage some electrical components and even cause damage to the user. 390mm Make sure you have all the necessary materials prepared for installation. Evaluate the security devices to install. This will ensure that unexpected accidents do not occur. MANUAL OPING/CLOSING 100mm 291mm 281mm 250mm 140mm 195mm To open or close the door manually, simply pull and hold down the unlock lever (6) and use a 6mm hexagon wrench to rotate the screw installed in the bottom of the engine, as shown on the image. Wall 422mm 300mm 40mm 26mm 205mm 222mm A It is very important that all precautions are adhered to! Only in this way the correct functioning and durability of automatism can be achieved! 5A 5B

03. INSTALLATION 03. INSTALLATION SAFE PROFILE FIXATION SAFE PROFILE FIXATION (FREE DOOR SPACE) 115mm B C F D 1 Apply the safe to the wall, talking into account the horizontal leveling and the measures indicated (B and C). The safe should also be centered with the door s free space. Based on existing holes in the support plates, mark the locations for drilling (D and E). E G H 2 Make holes at the marked locations, and then apply the safe profile on the wall and secure with expansion bolts and screws (F). The safe must be properly secured in order to avoid accidents (G and H). 6A 6B

03. INSTALLATION 03. INSTALLATION LATERAL GUIDES FIXATION LATERAL GUIDES FIXATION 5 Fix the lateral guides to the ground using the existing plates. Start by making the holes in the ground using the existing holes on plates for the application of screws. Finally, tightening the screws until the guide is properly secure. M I 3 Unlock the motor pulling the lever down (see page 5B) and manually pull the tarpaulin down for about 500mm as visible in (I). J FIXING GINE COVERAGE Now apply the lateral guides, by placing them at the inner side of the support plates and against the wall. The tarpaulin should be inside the guides (J), so that it can move up and down always within guides. K 4 Attach the lateral guides on the support plates with screw, tightening them in the nuts located on the guides. L 1 Fit the motor cover to make the markings. 2 Drill holes in the wall. 3 Apply the cover and tighten the 2 screws on the upper part (N). Finish by tightening the cover to the plate already in the safe (O). N O 7A 7B

03. INSTALLATION 03. INSTALLATION CONTROL BOARD FIXATION LIMIT-SWICHES ADJUSTMT 19 18 P R S NOTE The red ring must activate it s micro-switch by the bottom and the white ring must do it by the top, as shown in the picture to the left. Microswitch connections: white close red open 19 18 COM Q T NC NO U 1 Determine the drilling location. 2 Make the drilling in the wall. 3 Fix the control board case on the wall. Must use screws with expansion bolts (screws and expansion bolts not provided in this kit). 1 Manually put the door in the desired opening position using the handcrank. 2 Rotate the tuning screw 18 (red) until the red ring of the limit-switch activates the correspondend micro-switch. 3 Manually put the door in the desired closing position using the handcrank. 4 Turn the tuning screw 19 (white) until the white ring of the limit-switch activates the correspondend micro-switch. 8A 8B
