After-cooler cools the compressed air and removes moisture from the air stream improving air quality. Digital hour meter displays compressor operating hours to better monitor maintenance intervals. Automatic tank drain eliminates the need to manually drain the condensate from the tank. Drain intervals and duration are fully adjustable. Low oil guard - shuts down compressor if oil level is too low. CAST IRON TWO-STAGE FOR YEARS OF TROUBLE-FREE PERFORMANCE Campbell Hausfeld has over 60 years experience producing cast iron compressor pumps. We have engineered our compressors to meet the demanding conditions found in machine shops, automotive body shops, repair garages and manufacturing facilities. The result is an air compressor that will give you years of trouble-free performance. The head and valve plate is an advanced design that features Viton high temperature o-rings for leak proof sealing. Compared to paper type gaskets, Viton o-rings offer superior high pressure sealing. Oversized air filter/silencer is 99.7% efficient at microns delivering clean, contaminant free air to the pump. Filter element is easily replaceable. Two-piece connecting rods include needle bearings for high load capabilities and long life. Pistons feature -piece ring set for excellent oil control. Oil stays in the crank case and out of the air stream. The crankshaft is fabricated of ductile iron and optimally balanced for smooth, low vibration operation. Large oil sight glass provides quick and easy indication of oil level COMPRESSOR WARRANTY All Shop Air, Tire & Lube, and Service Truck Series air compressors include a year warranty for the compressor pump and air receiver.
