INTENDED USE This Ironton do-it-yourself kit includes all of the hardware components you need to make your own cart; just add a wooden platform deck of your choosing (not included) and you're ready to go! Assembly required. Do not modify this equipment, and do not use this equipment for a purpose for which it was not intended. 5. Check for damaged parts. Before using this product, carefully check that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect the operation of this product. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. 6. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times to prevent tripping, falling, back injury, etc. 7. DO NOT use the equipment when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. SPECIFIC OPERATION WARNINGS To ensure safe and efficient operation, it is essential to read each of these warnings and precautions, and to follow all instructions listed in this manual. 1. The platform trolley is not a toy. Do not allow children to use it. 2. If you move the platform trolley over a slightly inclined surface (max 2 ), the platform trolley must be empty. 3. Be careful while transporting, in order to avoid accidents, particularly with heavy loads. 4. Do not use the platform trolley for passenger transportation. 5. The platform trolley must not be pulled by motorized vehicles. 6. The platform trolley may only be used on solid and even surfaces! 7. The platform trolley must be equipped with accessories, such as belts, in order to secure the load. 8. Do not use the platform trolley going downhill, because of the possibility of overload and loss of control. 9. Using accessories and spare parts not explicitly recommended by the manufacturer, may lead to injuries and damage of property. Therefore only use original accessories. 10. Do not load the Platform Truck more than the specified capacity. 11. Always distribute payload evenly over the platform of the truck. ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS Tool required: One medium adjustable wrench (not included) Please check all the parts in the carton and make sure you ve got all as listed in the portion of "DIAGRAM & PARTS LIST. If you have all the parts, please find a proper wooden deck (Wooden deck of size 60in.L x 30in.W is recommended.) to build the platform cart on your own. ATTENTION: Please read all instructions before assembly and use: Step 1: Connect the connector (#4) to the wooden platform deck (not provided) with the M10 Bolts (#6), using the M10 Flat Washer (#9) and M10 Nut (#10) to lock up. Step 2: Attach the four casters (#1 and #2) to the wooden platform, using the M10 Bolts (#6), the M10 Flat Washer (#9) and M10 Nut (#10). Pay attention that the two swivel casters (#4) should be placed near the handle end so that you can steer the truck effectively. Step 3: Insert the handle (#5) into the holes of the connector (#4), secure the handle (#5) with the providedm8bolts (#8) firmly, using M8 Flat Washer (#3) and M8 Nut (#7) to lock up. Page 3 of5
STORAGE 1. Regularly check the condition of the platform trolley, particularly the casters and joints. 2. Tighten loose screws. 3. Replace damaged parts only with spare parts recommended by the manufacturer. 4. Store the platform trolley only inside of buildings, in order to avoid rust or damage caused by chemicals or rainwater. 5. If necessary, lubricate the caster bearings. Page 4 of5
