Reload of Sleeve Roll Content Insert the Allen key at back of Sleeve pulley Slightly open the bolts of supporting bars (4 bolts) for supporting bars expand & close Remarks: Scale on center shaft for setting sleeve roll in machine center. One scale unit = 20mm Anti-clockwise to expand the supporting bars and Clockwise to close 3

Reload of Sleeve Roll Overthrow direction only Keep suitable space between supporting bars and paper core so the sleeve roll can remove easily. Gently lock the sleeve roll, make self rotates freely Remarks: But avoid roll dancing due to space too big 4

Reload of Sleeve Roll Gently bend the holder s wings outward so wings will not disturb the sleeve rotation Sleeve Specification: 600ml: LF: 113mm +/- 0.5mm 500ml: LF: 105mm +/- 0.5mm 5

Sleeve Feeding Feed Roll Clamp Sleeve feeds in between Splice Sensor Sleeve feeds in between Sleeve Sensor Remarks: Folding the fiber of sensor head is prohibit. It will cause permanent damage to the optical fiber!! Open the Feed Roll clamp before feeding & close after feeding!! 7

Sleeve Sensor Positioning Content Set the Sleeve Sensor in center of the zone that has clear edge!!! 8

Sleeve Sensor Positioning Orange light turns on when two optical fiber heads aligned Green light refers to the strength of signal receiving. Adjust the sensibility in case of sleeve thickness changes Remarks: In case of replacing new sensor, set the sensor to OFF & LON 9

Sleeve Sensor Positioning Sleeve Sensor Adjusting Method Transparent Zone Step1: Turn SENS to Min Step2: Hold on the sleeve s transparent zone at optical fiber head level The Orange Light will ON Step3: Turn SENS until Green Light the same bright as Orange Light. (Do not normally turn to Max, try to find suitable sensibility) Orange Light ON Green Light ON 10

Holder Installation Content Install the Holder to Sleever has 4 major steps Step 1. Close the Drive roller knob Step 2. Close the Drive roller lock Step 3. Close the Slip-on roller knob Step 4. Close the Slip-on roller lock Video for Holder Installation (Click here) 11

Holder Installation Ensure the center of Slip-on rollers & holder bearings at straight line Ensure the Slip-on rollers only slightly touch the bearing of holder Slip-on roller center Holder s bearing Remark: To remove the holder just reverse the procedures (Click here) 13

Content Center line Splice the Sleeve Nip bar Sensor Overlap the sleeves 100% and pressed by the nip bars to stable the sleeves before cutting Cut the Sleeves in the center and use splice tape to joint back the sleeve at both sides. Knife Change Content Open the knob before remove the cutting device Each knife can be used three times, from blade 8th to blade 6th Make sure to supply hand pressure on screw driver while loosing or fastening the bolts Video for Remove of Cutting Device (Click here) 15

Maintenance Content Timing Belt Replacement for Cutting Device home position Back View Front - Side View Slightly Open these 4 bolts and push gear plate inward for Timing belt replacement. Press Cutting button twice in Manual mode to return motor to home position before operation 38

Maintenance V-Belt Replacement Remove devices, bolts and bearing on V-Belt cover Fasten the bolts after V-Belt stretched Stretch by Tension device and restore all back to position Loose Tension device to remove V-Belt and clean the V-belt device. Maintenance Bottle Screw Positioning Ensure Bottle Screw will be placed in suitable position so bottle will stably inside the whorl when Start-Up and Stop 40

Maintenance Clean the Sleever after each shift Add the grease and lubrication regularly (Once a week) Remark: It is not limited to these sections only. All the moving parts are required to be maintain regularly 41
