When installing the p hangers and, if applicable, the door damper, the glass pane must be clean and free of grease in the clamping areas. If using a tempered glass, the bolts including the sleeves (4a) must be removed. The clamping inserts must be attached on the clamping jaws of the p clamp according the glass thickness. Please peel off the sticker use self adhesive surface. 1 1 Size 3 4 Clean the glass pane with, e.g. white spirits or acene in the area be clamped. We also recommend that you clean the clamping surfaces of the clamp. Lower safety screws (1) until they are flush with clamping plate. 11

17 Nm 45 5 Push the p clamp on the glass pane until the protective rubber pushes against the p of the pane. Position each of the clamps 45 mm from the edge of the glass. Tighten clamp with a rque of 17 Nm and use a rque wrench with Torx bit (TX30). IMPORTANT: When installing door damper /soft close system, please refer separate instructions. Different positioning of clamps required. 12

6 Use a plumb bob determine the position of the botm guide. Transfer drilling pattern, drill and fix the botm guide. 6 38 [12] 10 (8) [27] 25 (26) 5b 5a IMPORTANT: Clean running surface before inserting door. All rollers are equipped with maintenance free bearings and should not be greased. Position the door pane in the track and align using the eccentric screws (2) and a level. Then tighten the eccentric screws (2) using the counter nuts. Turn the locking screws until they are in light contact with the track, then turn them back again by a ½ turn. Important: The locking screws serve as the anti-jump system and prevent the door from jumping if improperly used. 2 Position the trolley sps in the track at the respective end of the track so that the required door opening is achieved and clamp as follows: screw the p screw (5a) on the spper until the component has set in the track. Now tighten the botm screw (5b) slightly. Then re-tighten both screws by turning them a additional ¼ turn. SW 13 Size 3 and 4 13

7 Screw the clamping screws (M5x5) for the pelmet in the track. Use the spacer plate determine the depth. Tighten the screws until they lightly uch the spacer plate. Only use the threaded holes, which are accessible from the botm when the door is moved. M5x5 Size 2,5 Size 2,5 8 Clip the cover in the track, position,apply pressure cover snap in place and use the Allen key tighten the clamping screws. Start in the walk-through area. The Allen key can be guided from screw screw in the guide groove. Important: When dismantling the cover, completely remove the clamping screws. When using the optional end caps: Clean both end surfaces of the profile with Bohle Special cleaner or acene before attaching end caps. 14

3 Use a plumb bob determine the position of the botm guide. Transfer drilling pattern, drill and fix the botm guide. Clean U-channel (20 x 20 x 2 mm) and insert setting blocks (5 x 15 mm) in u-channel 6 38 4 To insert the side panel, slightly tilt it and lift it in the u-shaped channel of the track until it fits above the channel at the botm. Then position and align the pane and use plastic setting blocks clamp it at the p and botm at the sides. Or when using 10 mm glass, use rubber profile BO 5214763. 23

If using tempered glass, the bolts including the sleeves (4a) must be removed. The clamping inserts must be attached on the clamping jaws of the p hangers according the glass thickness. Please peel of sticker use self adhesive surface. 17 Nm 45 6 Push the p clamp on the glass pane until the protective rubber pushes against the p of the pane. Position each of the clamps 45 mm from the edge of the glass. Tighten clamp with a rque of 17 Nm and use a rque wrench with Torx bit (TX30). IMPORTANT: When installing door damper/soft close system, please refer separate instructions. Different positioning of clamps required. 24

1 7 Clean the glass pane with, e.g. white spirits or acene in the area be clamped. We also recommend that you clean the clamping surfaces of the clamp. Lower safety screws (1) until they are flush with clamping plate. 1 Size 3 8 IMPORTANT: Clean running surface before inserting door. All rollers are equipped with maintenance free bearings and should not be greased. Position the door pane in the track and align using the eccentric screws (2) and a level. Then tighten the eccentric screws (2) using the counter nuts. Turn the locking screws until they are in light contact with the track, then turn them back again by a ½ turn. Important: The locking screws serve as the anti-jump system and prevent the door from jumping if improperly used. 2 Position the trolley sps in the track at the respective end of the track so that the required door opening is achieved and clamp as follows: screw the p screw (5a) on the spper until the component has set in the track. Now tighten the botm screw (5b) slightly. Then re-tighten both screws by turning them a additional ¼ turn. 5b 5a SW 13 Size 2,5 3 and 4 25

9 M5x5 Screw the clamping screws (M5x5) for the cover in the track. Use the spacer plate determine the depth. i.e. turn screws until they lightly uch the spacer plate. Only use the threaded holes, which are accessible from below when the door is moved Size 2,5 10 If necessary, cut cover size and insert in the channel of the side panel in the walk through area 11 Clip the cover in the track, position, apply pressure cover snap in place and use the Allen key tighten the clamping screws. Start in the walkthrough area. The Allen key can be guided from screw screw in the guide groove. Important: When dismantling the cover, completely remove the clamping screws.
