Motor Services Pyrolysis Removal of the old Windings by Pyrolysis ensures Motor Efficiency is not reduced by excessive heating of the laminated core. Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) VPI using epoxy resin and 6 bar pressure ensures no air voids within the new winding. A motor winding that undergoes VPI is virtually impervious to oil, moisture and chemical contaminants. VPI provides 100% solid mass structure that gives you the greatest mechanical strength and a cooler running motor due to superior heat dissipation, with the highest level of environmental protection. Cork today. Since 1990, the company relocated to Roskeen, Mallow to a 4645sq metre modern factory premises on a 5.0 hectare site.
