About Our Company Our History While searching for a simple, cost-effective way to keep his fleet within legal loaded weight limits, Sid Campbell developed what would become Right Weigh s first onboard load scale. As a trucker and fleet owner in Alaska, USA, Sid ran his first scales with success on his own trucks and trailers. Realizing that many of his peers were also in desperate need of knowing their weight while loading, he researched the market for any similar weigh system. He soon discovered that there simply wasn t an accurate and affordable load scale available. Thus, Right Weigh, Inc. was established. Right Weigh Product Categories Overview The Right Weigh line of air suspension load scales is one of the most popular choices for the trucking industry today. Our scales offer reliable on-the-ground axle weights displayed in actual kg (NOT psi), allowing the user to determine a loaded weight for each axle group without having to guess their weight based on a psi value. 310 Dash Models Specifications and Applications Item 510-21kg-C pictured Right Weigh s interior mounted dash models read in actual on-the-ground weight (kg. not psi) and calibrate for an accuracy within 200 kg or better. These dash scales are designed to monitor tandem axle groups with an air suspension that is managed by one height control valve commonly a truck s tandem drives. If a truck and trailer is a dedicated set, then a second interior load scale can be used to determine the weight of the trailer tandems using a quick disconnect between the truck and trailer. Each interior dash scale includes a 7-color selectable LED backlight, offering a choice of white, red, dark blue, light blue, lavender, green, and amber. A choice of a chrome or black bezel is available when ordering. This is a 2 inch gauge with 1/8 inch NPT connection and will fit any standard 2 1/16 inch gauge hole. 510-46 Series Key Features: Press the on-the-face color button to easily change the backlight color anytime. Calibrate with a loaded weight that is at or near the legal limit for the axle group that is being monitored (do not calibrate empty). At a certified scale, obtain a certified weight from an in-ground scale. Park on a level surface with brakes off. Using a small flathead screwdriver, turn the calibration screw on the face of the gauge until the reading on the gauge matches the certified weight. Figure 3: Calibration screw 20

Deflate air bags for the tractor or trailer axle group being monitored. Install a Street Tee fitting and 1/4 inch airline at air bag. Mount the E-Z Weigh load scale on the tractor or trailer and connect the new airline. Connect power and ground wires to a 12 V DC power source. Simply enter the empty weight while the vehicle is empty and the loaded weight while the vehicle is load. Once the two calibration points have been entered correctly, the E-Z Weigh digital gauge is ready to use. Step 1. Press and hold either the C HIGH or C LOW button for 3 seconds to enter the calibration mode. Step 2. Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to enter the in-ground scale weight. Step 3. Press and hold either the C HIGH or C LOW button again for 3 seconds to exit the calibration mode.

Right Weigh onboard load scales take the guesswork out of determining your loaded weight.
