Special features of Engine Doctor Q Engine Doctor Q's Engine oils and treatment are very different to other market products in that they are based on fully synthetic oils. Particulary, most of Engine Doctor Q products are contained Nano WS 2 fullerene which Wiesmann Institute in Israel was awarded with first for lubricating additive patent. In Korea, our company hold a patent related with lubricant branding technology using of Nano WS 2. Based on these technology, we are not only manufacturing engine oils, engine coating agents but also we are producing lubricating greases, industrial gear and chain oil. In normal lubrication condition, the spherical nano-ws 2 fullerene help to facilitate the lubricity of the lubricant acting as balls in ball bearing. However, in case metal surfaces are damaged, when the constant temperature and pressure exists between the metal surface, tribo-films are released and form multi-layered coating films on the metal surface. Nano WS 2 fullerene(if-ws 2 ) spherical shape such as soccer ball but empty core and structured look like onion Unlike engine coating agents based on nano metals, our Nano WS2 material is discriminated by a very low coefficient of friction (0.03) that has the property to form a strong lubricity after coating reaction.
