AMATRON + is the universal operator platform for all my AMAZONE machinery. No matter whether seed drill, sprayer or fertiliser spreader instead of many computer boxes and wires I only have one clear operator terminal allowing the multi-functional control and regulation of the implements. This is operator friendliness at the level one expects
AMATRON + One for all Modern design and optimum handling AMAZONE has developed AMATRON +, the machine overlapping operator terminal for fertiliser spreaders, fi eld sprayers and seed drills which enables an optimised rate control and monitoring. The AMATRON + is loaded via the job computer of the relevant machine with the data transfer by CAN-Bus. Due to its clear, simple and logical handling, this modern terminal is especially user-friendly and all functions can be carried out with just one hand, whilst the other hand remains on the steering wheel.
For the monitoring of attached implements a large, refl ection-free, display has been installed. Due to its compact shape, the computer requires little space in the tractor cab. The hardware of AMATRON + is compatible with the future oriented ISOBUS technology. Joystick (option) Comfortable and convenient control of all operator functions via the joystick.
On my ZA-M fertiliser spreader I can control the Limiter border spread device and the hydraulic shutter slides quickly and safely. Also the automatic speed related spread rate control is a great advantage which eases work and cuts cost. ZA-M Tronic spreader - Automatic speed related spread rate application - +/- changes in increments of choice (1 %, 5 %, etc., more/less) - Job storage for 20 fi eld record memories and receipt of external orders - RS232 interface for reference data transfer via application maps, sensors and GPS terminals and ASD automatic plot related documentation - Monitoring the Limiter boundary spreading device position with automatic spread rate reduction when border spreading - Special function for spreading slug pellets - Diagnostics menu for immediate fault detection - Possibility on ZA-M profi S spreaders: On-line weighing system - Fault messages and help functions ZA-M Comfort spreader In addition to ZA-M Tronic: - Control of the hydraulic functions (shutters/limiter) via AMATRON + ZA-M Hydro spreader In addition to ZA-M Comfort: - Electro-hydraulically regulated spreading disc speed - Boundary, side or water course spreading by disc speed reduction with automatic spread rate adaptation - Wedge spreading and 6-section part width shut-off - Option: connection with GPS-Switch (automatic section control)
ZG-B Drive and ZG-B Precis spreaders - Speed registration with little slip via the ZG-B wheel sensor - Spread rate increments of choice (both or half side) to reduce over fertilisation in wedge and awkward shaped fi elds - Optimum weighing system for the determination of the application rate and for accurate calibration - The integrated serial interface in combination with the GPS terminal is also suited for part area site-specifi c fertilising or for the use with Yara N-sensor - Job location for 20 jobs and receipt from external orders - RS232 interface for reference data transfer via application maps, sensors, GPS terminals and ASD automatic plot related documentation - Diagnostics menu for immediate fault detection - Stationary calibration with speed simulator - Stationary residue emptying - Actuation of all hydraulic functions
On my AMAZONE seed drill AMATRON + looks after the electronic tramline control and my neighbour with whom I work together is able to adjust the seed drill quickly and simply to his tramline width. It also allows me to change the seed rates in increments at random. Seed drills D9, AD, AD-P, Avant, Cirrus, Citan - Automatic tramline switch over - Comfortable, simplifi ed calibration procedure - Electric full metering for pneumatic seed drills with automated calibration procedure - Remote actuation of the Vario gearbox for seed rate change - +/- seed rate change in steps at choice (1 %, 5 %, etc., increase/decrease) - Job location for 20 jobs and receipt from external orders - Comfortable handling of all hydraulic functions (hopper cover, Limiter, ½ side shut-off) - Fill level monitoring - RS232 interface for reference data transfer via application maps, sensors, GPS terminals and ASD automatic plot related documentation - Diagnostics menu for immediate fault detection - Fault messages and help functions
With my sprayer I can fully concentrate on driving. The AMATRON + regulates the spray rate fully automatically and always matches the output to the travelling speed. Due to the plus/minus adjustment I am able to save costs and the environment. The display offers a very good view of all important information. UF Field sprayer - Speed related spray rate application - +/- rate change in increments of choice (1 %, 5 %, etc., increase/decrease) - Electric fi ll level indication, electronic pressure indicator - Master and part-width section control of up to 9 part-width sections - Part-width section actuation also from the centre - Indication of boom position and locking - Indication of remaining distance to tank fi ll required - Mirroring of the boom position on slopes - Fault messages and help function - Job location for 20 jobs and receipt from external orders - Diagnostics menu for immediate fault detection - RS232-interface for Yara N-sensor, GPS terminals and ASD - Option: connection to GPS-Switch Special functions - Foam marker - End or boundary nozzle actuation - Pre-select folding for one-side independent boom fold in - Profi -folding for one side boom folding or angling (only one control valve necessary) - PTO speed monitoring - Automatic boom guidance (Distance Control) - Comfort Pack for controlling the liquid circuit valves without leaving the tractor cab
UG, UX trailed sprayers and SX self-propelled sprayer Comfort Pack with AMATRON + The most important functions of the spray agent circuit are remotely controlled via the Comfort Pack from the tractor cab - Automatic filling - Remote switching of the suction valve for internal tank cleaning and valve chests - Automatic, fill level dependent agitation intensity - Speed related spray rate application - +/- rate change in increments of choice (1 %, 5 %, etc. increase/decrease) - Electric fi ll level indication, electronic pressure indicator - Master and part-width section control of up to 13 part-width sections - Part-width section actuation also from the centre - Indication of boom position and locking - Indication of remaining distance to tank fi ll required - Fault messages and help function - Job location for 20 jobs and receipt from external orders - Diagnostics menu for immediate fault detection - RS232-interface for Yara N-sensor, GPS terminals and ASD - Option: connection to GPS-Switch - Trail-Tron: drawbar steering / axle steering - Joystick recommended for maximum comfort - Mirroring of the boom position on slopes Special functions - Foam marker - End or boundary nozzle actuation - Pre-select folding for one-side independent boom fold in - Profi -folding for one side boom folding or angling (only one control valve necessary) - Pump speed monitoring - Automatic boom guidance (Distance Control) - Comfort Pack for controlling the liquid circuit valves without leaving the tractor cab AMACLICK with AMATRON + Special crops often require the switching on or off of individual boom part-width sections. AMACLICK is yet another ergonomic operational aid which can be actuated not only in conjunction with the joystick but also just with the AMATRON +.
Modern design and future secure technology The serial interface (RS232) for utilising sensor technology (e.g. Yara N-Sensor, N-Sensor ALS and Cropmeter), application maps or GPS terminals for reference data transfer and documentation with different solutions is equipped, as standard, in the comprehensive specification of the AMATRON +. AMATRON + is ISOBUS-compatible. Farm Works John Deere N-Sensor technology for the precise, crop controlled application Claas/agrocom AgriCon/YARA Choice of GPS terminals for part area site-specifi c application
Safe, easy documentation The automatic plot related documentation (ASD) is a product and manufacturer overlapping documentation concept for the transfer of fi eld related data between the AMATRON + on-board computer and the electronic field record fi le. The interface used is available to all manufacturers. With ASD the farmer is offered the possibility to integrate all machines, simply and economically into the documentation chain.
