STD 093/6/4 01 Jun 2014 ULASAN UMUM BAGI DRAF MALAYSIAN STANDARDS YANG SEDANG DIBANGUNKAN, BAGI TEMPOH 1 JUN 2014 31 JULAI 2014 Dengan segala hormatnya perkara di atas adalah dirujuk. Bersama sama ini disertakan senarai draf Malaysian Standards (MS) yang sedang dibangunkan seperti di Lampiran A dan senarai Malaysian Standard yang disyorkan untuk ditarik balik tanpa diganti seperti di Lampiran B untuk ulasan umum. Draf-draf dan Malaysian Standards tersebut adalah mengenai pelbagai barangan, proses-proses dan tatasusila amalan dalam pelbagai bidang industri yang dibangunkan di bawah Jawatankuasa Standard Perindustrian (ISC) di SIRIM Berhad. Jadual pecahan jumlah draf-draf dan Malaysian Standards tersebut mengikut ISC disertakan di lampiran. Penyediaan draf-draf Malaysian Standards serta pengesyoran bagi penarikan balik Malaysian Standards tersebut telah dibuat oleh jawatankuasa berkaitan yang ditubuhkan di SIRIM Berhad yang diwakili oleh pihak industri, kementerian, agensi-agensi kerajaan, institusi pengajian tinggi dan orang perseorangan yang pakar dalam bidang berkenaan. Sehubungan dengan itu, pihak SIRIM Berhad mengalu-alukan sebarang ulasan ke atas draf-draf dan penarikan balik Malaysian Standards tersebut. Bagi mereka yang bukan ahli bagi mana-mana ISC, draf-draf Malaysian Standards yang diterima pakai (adopted) dari standard ISO/IEC, ASTM dan EN boleh diperolehi dengan bayaran seperti tertera. Bayaran boleh dibuat secara tunai/cek dengan tambahan 10% bagi bayaran pos kepada SIRIM Berhad. Tuan/puan juga boleh menyemak dokumen tersebut secara percuma dengan datang sendiri ke Pusat Pengurusan dan Penyelidikan Standard, Tingkat 2, Bangunan 3, SIRIM Berhad. Hence, the TC proposed to withdraw MS 774:1982 without replacement. 4. MS ISO 2503:2007 Gas welding equipment - Pressure regulators for gas cylinders used in welding, cutting and allied processes up to 300 bar (ISO 2503:1998, IDT) 5.
