abinet eaters Introduction The enson range of cabinet heaters combines innovative design with a proven four pass heat exchanger technology to provide a high effi ciency cost effective and durable range. The units may be specifi ed for either free blowing applications or for use with ductwork. Units are manufactured in accordance with ISO 1 accreditation, all heater effi ciencies are compliant with Part L2 of the 2010 uilding Regulations with the majority of models also meeting the higher effi ciency requirements for nhanced apital llowances. Options igh/low or fully modulating burners ombustion air adaptors Stainless steel tubular heat exchanger ir inlet spigots ir inlet fi lters Manual or motorised inlet dampers Up-rated fan motor for increased static pressure pplications actories Model Range abinet heaters are available as either gas or oil fi red models. as fi red cabinet heaters are suitable for use with Natural as (20), most units can also be specifi ed for Propane (31) Oil fi red cabinet heaters are suitable for use with lass gas oil (35 sec), most units can also be specifi ed for Kerosene (28 sec oil) Vertical freestanding models are available from 29kW to 380kW orizontal and own fl ow models from 58kW to 380kW Warehouses Workshops Showrooms reenhouses This symbol verifi es that the product has been independently assessed and currently qualifi es for the scheme, an upfront tax relief enabling businesses that invest in energy-saving equipment to claim 100% fi rst-year capital allowances against their taxable profi ts.
Specification abinets abinets are constructed from electro-zinc coated steel with an inner heat shield skin and an epoxy powder coat fi nish outer skin to form a rigid and durable casework. ir istribution entrifugal fan(s) circulate large air volumes evenly across the full heat exchanger surface for enhanced life expectancy. ans on models 30 to 85 are direct drive with a single phase motor whilst larger models are fi tted with a three phase motor and v-belt drive. ree blowing heaters are fi tted with long throw discharge nozzles complete with horizontal louvres and can be rotated through 360 o. Models 75-375 are supplied with a raised rear nozzle (one per three nozzle heater and two per four nozzle heater). eaters for use with ductwork are supplied with a duct outlet spigot. pproved* Nominal heat output Temperature rise as onsumption Nat gas 20 as onsumption propane 31 Minimum inlet pressure Nat gas 20 Minimum inlet pressure propane 31 as onnection 2 Oil ired pproved* Nominal heat output Temperature rise Oil onsumption Oil onnection 2 ir andling ata irfl ow Throw 1 (Npzzle outlet ) Static pressure (ucted) Std motor eat xchanger and urner our pass combustion chamber/heat exchanger assembly provides improved thermal effi ciency with extended life expectancy. stainless steel chamber is combined with a high effi ciency tubular heat exchanger to achieve thermal effi ciency in excess of 91%. The complete assembly is mounted to allow for thermal expansion thereby avoiding undue thermal stress and premature heat exchanger failure. as fi red units are fi tted with a fully automatic forced draught burner complete with full safety controls to N676 and the heaters are certifi ed. high/low burner is fi tted as standard on model 375. Oil fi red units are supplied complete with a fully automatic burner complete with safety controls and factory fi tted fi re valve and oil fi lter. n additional external fi re valve may be required in accordance with S 510:Part2:1978. ontrols combined fan and limit switch is fi tted on all heaters. In the event of overheating the unit would automatically be shut down by the limit thermostat. ll heaters are supplied with an electronic programmer complete with optimised control, this is factory fi tted and wired on free-blowing vertical models. or horizontal, and all duct outlet models down fl ow heaters the controller is supplied loose for on site wiring by the installer. lectric Motors ll electric motors comply with motor directive 2005/32/ TNIL T New Model Ref 30 35 0 60 75 85 120 135 180 205 235 275 350 375 Old Model Ref 100 200 250 00 700 800 1200 1 as ired kw 29 36 0 58 73 83 117 133 177 206 237 278 350 380 K 39 2 5 6 3 8 1 6 9 6 1 5 m 3 /h 3.7..7 6.9 8.5 9.7 13.6 15.3 20. 23.9 27.2 33.0 0.7 5.8 m 3 /h 1.3 1.6 1.8 2.6 3.2 3.7 5.2 6.0 7.8 9.2 10. 12.3 16.1 18.1 mbar 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 17.5 mbar 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 37.0 Rc ½ ½ ½ ½ ½ ½ ¾ ¾ 1 1¼ 1¼ 1¼ 1 ½ 2 Increased motor Main fan motor L 230/1/50 L 15/3/50 Up-rated fan motor L 15/3/50 eneral ata Nominal fl ue diameter Nominal combustion air diameter Noise level 3 Net weight kw K l/h Rc m 3 /s m Pa Pa kw amp amp kw amp mmø mmø d() kg 32 3 3. 0.61 1 75 0.55 3.2 67 196 38 3.1 0.71 1 100 0.55.8 69 196 3 9.7 0.71 1 100 0.55.8 69 196 60 7 6.5 1.03 17 0.99 6.0 2.2 72 21 76 8.1 1.39 17 100 0.99 7.2 2.2 72 23 1 Throw is dependent on building height, room temperature and nozzle settings. 3 Noise levels measured at 5 metres from appliance. 2 as/oil lines must be adequately sized and reduced at appliance as required. *Please check TL at time of ordering for latest listings as criteria are subject to change. 82 8 9.1 1.39 17 100 0.99 7.2 2.2 72 23 123 6 13.3 2.15 20 137 1.50 12.0 3.6 2.2 5.2 7 330 138 2 15.0 2.65 20 200 2.20 1.0 5.2 3.0 6.5 76 332 18 8 19.5 3.11 20 3.0 6.5.0 8. 200 78 525 208 50 22.5 3. 22 188 3.00 6.5.0 8. 200 78 50 28 7 27.0.32 22 188.00 8. 5.5 11.0 79 630 265 3.1.86 25 5.50 11.0 7.5 1.0 81 66 350 1 0. 6.88 31 250 7.50 17.0 11.0 2.0 250 81 1090 380 5 5.6 6.88 31 250 7.50 17.0 11.0 2.0 250 81 1090
