Products: Providing Sales, Service and Installation for CNG conversions, Filling Stations and CNG Fuel. CNG Truck, Bus and Vehicle conversion equipment CNG Filling Stations and Storage CNG Fuel contracts Why Consider Compressed Natural Gas from Diesel or Gasoline. New Emission Standards for Canada Fuel Savings New Emission Standards Announced by Peter Kent, Environment Minister, April 13, 2012 The new standards will target full-size pickup trucks, farm machinery and larger vehicles, ranging from buses to garbage trucks to tractor trailers. These new regulations are the next phase in the government s plan to control Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. The government s rules for small trucks and passenger vehicles came into force last year. Those rules harmonized Canada s regulations with those of the United States. The regulations will get stricter with time so that by 2016, Canada s rules will be in line with California s. The key concerns for the US government are emissions causing Greenhouse Gases (GHG). These new emissions standards are targeting diesel engines, that in the United States contribute 30% Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) and 65% Particulate matter (PM). CNG fuels are presently the simplest solution to being compliant to the new emission standards. Fuel Savings: Diesel and gasoline costs over the past six months have ranged from $1.10 to $1.50 per litre, compared to CNG that has averaged 35% less or about $0.75 per litre. World Energy Limited can provide a fleet plan with incentives that give the end user the ability to adapt a short and long term solution that incorporates CNG fuels into existing fleets. These plans allow the end user within a minimal amount of time to operate its fleet with lower operating costs while being compliant to Canadian emission standards. 2 P a g e

CNG is natural gas that has been compressed into a high-pressure container for transportation or storage. Since the 1960s, CNG has become a vehicle fuel alternative to oil-based gasoline and diesel fuel. What is the Make up of Natural Gas? Natural gas has a simple chemical make-up: one atom of carbon and four atoms of hydrogen (CH4). That's what makes it burn so cleanly. Oil and coal, the other fossil fuels, are more chemically complex. They contain higher proportions of carbon, sulphur and nitrogen. Currently, natural gas supplies one-fourth of the energy needed to efficiently run the world's homes, businesses, vehicles, industries and power plants. There are more than 10 million natural gas vehicles on the road around the world today Why Natural Gas? --- A Safer Fuel Lighter than air Rises and Evaporates quickly Rich mixture burns off slowly Ignites at temperatures of approx. 600 C Non-toxic Odorless: a detection fragrance is added 3 P a g e

» CNG has the best GHG performance, with carbon emissions up to 28% lower than diesel.» World Energy Limited provides CNG fuel and equipment, with its downstream Natural Gas production and CNG Filling Stations. This vertical integration secures supply with distribution and leverages the selling price per litre of Natural Gas produced. World Energy Limited focus is large consumers of diesel fuel, such as trucking companies, feedlot and mining operations. To convert these companies to dual fuel, World Energy Limited will offer the consumer an all-in price per litre, which includes the conversion kit and Filling Station. World Energy Limited s strategy of single point marketing makes it easy for the CNG purchaser by supplying the conversion kits, Filling Station and CNG delivery. Diesel with CNG Conversion Systems provides:» Improved Fuel Economy» Reduced Emissions» Increased Horsepower Diesel-CNG Conversion The Conversion system is more than a fuel saving system. When CNG is injected into a diesel engine, it enhances the flame propagation by evening out the normally violent combustion that commonly occurs in the diesel combustion chamber. This evening effect provides a more complete burn, a much cleaner burn, and a less violent burn, resulting in much lower harmful emissions, increased power and torque, and the system pays for itself with increases in fuel mileage.
