Full automatic wheel alignment with WAB 02 Robotic wheel alignments system for: Passenger cars and transporter up to a vehicle weight of 3,5 to. WAB 02 can handle vehicles with a wheel base up to 3750 mm including the automatic rim run out compensation. The maximum wheel base is 4050 mm without possibility to perform the rim run out compensation. 2

WAB 02 Technology, Robot und Probes Robot: The robust frame does contain all parts necessary for a precise positioning of the probe. The probe position is clearly identified via electronics. An inclinometer performs a correction should the inclination of the probe change. 4

WAB 02 Technology of the lift (turnplates / sliding plates) The concept: Rolling rim run out compensations without the need to move the car The turn and sliding plates are moved in opposite directions to each other in the direction of travel The wheel turns while the car (locked in first gear) stands still Turn and sliding plates: High load, low torque Integrated into the flat runways Self locking sliding plates, during the process are automatically unlocked pneumatically. Hydraulic movement. Double acting cylinder with fixed rod ROTAMESS for precise real time positioning guarantees the highest degree of synchronization between the lifting sides at any height regardless of the number of lifting positions 7

Every shop that has a minimum of 10 cars to service each day The location of the preventive chassis check needs to be visible to the customer The goal is to pay one complete workplace with wheel alignment and chassis adjustment (app. 80 profit per day) PROMOTION: The most important P in the Marketing Mix. The workshop must present the benefit to each customer (car driver) in a transparent way so that he is willing to spend EUR 9.90 for preventive alignment. EUR 9,90 (The average costs for a car wash) for investment into security (for tires), safety and driving comfort is money well spent and will happily be paid from the car driver for this important service.
