A) HIGH VOLTAGE CAPACITORS 1. HV Fixed Capacitors Bank o Specification: IS: Non Self Healing Type, 13925part I/1998. o Voltage Range: 1.1 Kv to 24 Kv o Technical Details: All Polypropylene (APP) film dielectric Reducing Line losses Decreasing voltage drop The Capacitors Bank shall be designed for outdoor & indoor installation.
2. HV APFC System o Specification: IS: Non Self Healing Type, 13925 part I/1998. o Voltage Range: 1.1 Kv to 11 Kv o Technical Details: Capacitors Bank shall be controlled by a suitable SF6 circuit breaker for switching in and out the respective capacitor stage, according to the capacitive demand required by the system operating conditions to maintain the Power Factor 0.99.
3. HV Indoor Fixed Bank o Specification: IS: Non Self Healing Type, 13925 part I/1998 o Voltage Range: 1.1 Kv to 22 Kv o Technical Details: HV Capacitors Bank shall be designed in CRCA sheet enclosure. The capacitors shall be able to carry continuously 1.3 times the rated current and 1.1 times the maximum system voltage.
4. Pole Mounted Bank Capacitors Bank is fixed at 6.6 Kv, 11 Kv, or 33 Kv network. Pole mounted capacitor are design for outdoor system made in welded galvanized angle and channels where HV Capacitors, Capacitor Switch and other electrical accessories are mounted on a single pole as per customer technical specification.

G) Mixed Dielectric Capacitors Mixed Dielectric Capacitors are manufactured using one layer of tissue paper and one layer of plain Polypropylene film as dielectric between two electrodes of thick soft annealed, 99.35% purity of Aluminium foil and have extended foil construction. Capacitors are impregnated with NPCB, bio-degradable Impregnant and are hermetically sealed. Three layers of impregnating oil adds to dielectric strength, increase protection against failure and provide cooling effect.
C) Water Cooled Capacitors Medium and high frequency, water cooled capacitors are specially designed and manufactured for designed for inductive heat generating plants operating at frequencies as per the furnace design. These capacitors are designed to comply with the specific requirements of each customer. Most of these capacitors provide for step changes in kvar by virtue of terminated sections within each unit. This allows for the tuning of the circuit for changing inductive loads.

D) Thyristor Switch We provide our clients with an array of high performance Thyristor Switch. These are semi conducting device with 4 layers of alternating n and p material. Our range acts as a switch carrying out the current pulse constantly for as long as they are forward biased. Thyristors broadly find its usage wherever high voltage and current are concerned. These are also used to manage alternating currents to change its polarity that causes automatic switch off of the device. Benefits: Capacitive Reactive Power Compensation directly matching to load requirements. Process Voltage Supply becomes more stable. Process Voltage Drops are reduced. Power Factor can be maximized. No Mechanical / Electrical Noise during Switching.
