RULE 210 AND RULE 213 FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 July 1, 2017 In accordance with the provisions of Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District Rule 210.V.C and Rule 213.C, the Air Pollution Control Officer has performed annual fee adjustments based on the California Consumer Price Index change of 2.2%. This change is applicable to fiscal year 2017-2018 and is effective July 1, 2017. The attached tables list the Rule 210 and Rule 213 fees that have been modified by the change in the Consumer Price Index. The revised fee schedules affect all fees invoiced on and after July 1, 2017. Air Pollution Control District staff suggest that you insert the attached tables behind Rule 210 and Rule 213 in your rulebook for ease of reference.
