EBP 25-160 in bronze execution

General Description Compact pumps of the series EBP, LD/S and ME are single-stage normal priming centrifugal pumps in space saving short-build design. Special versions for higher system pressures are available on request. Fields of Application Main field of application for these compact pumps are the conveying of clean and slightly turbid liquids in small devices, systems and machines. Due to the different materials available the conveying of different aggressive liquids in the chemical industry is possible. Our customers uses the compact pumps at the moment for the following applications: - Recirculation of liquids in machines - Integration into industrial washing machines and washers - Air conditioning - Ship building - Water treatment - Pre-heating of combustion engines Operating Data Flow: Total head: Motor power: Connections Degree of protection: IP 55 Casing design pressure: Q up to 90 m³/h H up to 5 m P from 0,12 kw to 22 kw 6 bar (Pumps with higher design pressure are available on request.) Suction and discharge connection of EBP 20-125, 25-125-2, 25-160 and 25-200 are equipped with female threads. Adapters for different dimensions of threads, flange connections or hose connections are available on request. The EBP 20-90 is equipped with a thread for an union nut. The inline pumps EBPI 32-100, EBPI 40-125, EBPI 50-160 and EBPI 65-160 are equipped with flanges according to EN 1092. The pumps ME 90-G, LD/S 26, LD/S 40, LD/S 60, LD/S 0, ME 500 and ME 950 are versions which are available with threaded or hose connection. Motors As motors induction motors with fixed bearing at the drive end, in mounting form IMB35, IMB5 resp. with special shafts are used. The triple phase motors from 0,75 kw are executed in the degree of efficiency class IE3 to EN 60034-30. Motors efficiency class IE4, NEMA Premium or explosion proof executions are available on request. Voltages: for 1~ execution: 230V, 50Hz for 3~ execution depending on pump type: 230/400V, 50Hz or 400/690V, 50Hz 265/460V, 60Hz or 460V, 60Hz other voltages/frequencies as well as DC or hydraulic motors are available on request. Degree of protection: IP 55 Direction of rotation: EBP 20-125, EBP 25-125-2, EBP 25-160, EBP 25-200, ME 90, LD/S 40, LD/S 60, LD/S 0 - Clockwise viewed onto motor fan. EBP 20-90, LD/S 26, ME 500, ME 950 - Counter clockwise viewed onto 1 motor fan.
