Customers and dealers can create custom vehicle graphics at 3M Original Wraps consumer website www.chevroletgraphics.com. Once the wrap is selected an Order Summary will be generated providing the necessary information needed for ordering including specific part number. This information is to be used by the dealer to place the wrap order with their local ADI. Step One: Selecting a Wrap 1. Once at the 3M Original Wraps site, click on the Graphics tab to go to the vehicle selection screen. 2. After the vehicle has been selected, click Explore Graphics. For this example a Sonic Hatchback was selected. 3. From the Graphics screen select the appropriate color vehicle by clicking Car Color 4. After closing the color selection box, Click Add a Graphic to explore designs. 1

Step Two: Ordering 1. After the wrap has been selected, an order summary will appear; it can either be printed or sent as an email. The price listed on the order summary is the suggested installed price. 2. Once a wrap has been selected, contact your local ADI and provide the following information along with the part information from the order summary. Dealership information Contact name, phone number and email at dealership of the person responsible for the coordination of the installation Part number(s) of wrap being ordered VIN of vehicle wrap is being installed on if available. Date of availability for installation of wrap 3. Once the wrap has been received, the ADI will ship the part and invoice the dealer. 4. After the part has been shipped, the ADI will contact 3M Original Wraps and provide tentative installation date suggested by the dealer. Once the install request has been submitted, an email will be sent by 3M Original Wraps to the ADI and dealer contact stating that an install has been requested. 5. Within 24 hours of receiving the install request, 3M Original Wraps will contact the dealership to establish the installation date and time. Once finalized, a confirmation email will be generated with the installation details and sent to the dealer and ADI. 6. The day before the installation is scheduled; a follow up phone call will be made by the 3M Original Wraps installer to verify the part is on site and the vehicle is available. 3M Original Wraps contacts dealer to confirm installation date. ADI Contacts 3M Original Wraps and provides dealer information to request install. Dealer Pays ADI for part ADI ships wrap to dealer 3

Original Wraps FAQs & Contact Information How are the Chevrolet graphics installed? A certified 3M installer must apply the graphics to be eligible for the Original Wraps warranty. Any wrap installed by a non-certified 3M installer will void the warranty. Can a dealer request installation? No, at this time dealers are not able to request install, they should contact their local ADI to set up installation dates and times. My ADI does not have the requested wrap in stock, how long will it take for the part to be ordered and installed? Most graphics will be delivered and installed within 10 business days from the date the order was placed. Where can I find a list of install times and part numbers for the wraps? The 3M Original Wraps Dealer Price sheet will list all available parts by vehicle, dealer price, install time and the amount dealers will be invoiced for installation. Where can I find the 3M Original Wraps Dealer Price Sheet? The 3M Original Wraps Dealer Price can be found in the AIC on the Intergraded Business Partner tab under the Product section. How long can a customer plan on waiting for a graphic to be installed? How long will it take for a dealer to be invoiced for the installation and how much will be charged to the dealer? Dealers will be invoiced on a monthly basis for all completed installs. 3M Original Wraps will invoice dealers for install rates listed on the 3M Original Wraps Dealer Price Sheet. My dealer has never worked with 3M Original Wraps before, how do they get set up with billing? Dealers who have not worked with 3M Original Wraps in the past will need to establish an account for billing purposes. A credit application must be completed by the dealer in order for an account to be set up. Why is the credit application needed? The credit application is a 3M Original Wraps policy that must be followed by all manufactures doing business with 3M Original Wraps. The form only needs to be completed once and does not request personal information from private business owner s or from the individuals completing the credit application. Please contact your ADI for more information. What is the warranty for 3M Original Wraps? 3M Original Wraps carry a 3 years or 36,000 miles warranty from time of purchase. For any changes to the installation time or date, please call 3M Original Wraps at 877-277-0655. What are the custom graphics for Chevrolet made of? The custom graphics are made using 3M products. Our graphics are printed on 3M vinyl and laminated for protection. This premium quality vinyl is the same material used for premium full wrap vehicle graphics. Chevrolet Graphics is able to control quality by doing all production in-house. 7
How do I order a custom graphic? Because of the specific nature of custom graphics, ordering must be facilitated by contacting your local ADI. Custom wraps do not adhere to the same standards of service as wraps with specific part numbers and may require more lead time. Will the vinyl graphic damage the vehicle? Our wraps will not damage your vehicles paint. However, if applying after a new paint job you should wait at least 6 weeks before applying the vinyl. How does the dealership or the customer care for the graphics once they are installed onto the vehicle? This is a vinyl product and should be cleaned and conditioned during your routine washing. Avoid car washes that use brushes or high pressure. We recommend hand washing. Any abrasives, oils and petroleum distillates should not be used on vinyl. Waxes should never be used on vinyl. Most waxes contain petroleum distillates, and because wax is a build-up product, it holds in the heat absorbed from the sun and accelerates heat damage. Do the colors of the graphics on the website match exactly the color of the vinyl that will be received? In most cases you will not see a difference. However, the images on the website are representations of our products. Because of the wide array of monitors and monitor settings we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors that are depicted on the websites. How long will the wraps last on the vehicle? The graphics are designed to be replaceable, but they will last anywhere from 3-5 years. They come with a 3 year 36,000 mile Warranty. Will the vinyl leave a residue when graphics are removed? It will not leave any residue. However, if you are putting it on an antique paint job you should test a discreet area to make sure that any surface oxidation doesn't leave a residue from the vinyl adhesive. We work in a very sunny and hot climate; will the graphics fade in these conditions? All of our designs are covered with a clear over laminate. This material adds durability to the product and lessens the effects of UV light on the material. However, there are many variables involved such as where the vehicle is parked, if it is washed regularly, and was it installed properly. 3M provides warranty information on their materials against fading and cracking when the application is performed within their specification.
