The identified VIN numbers are: 4X4FSAL21AJ024630 The identified Date range of production is: 09/17/2009 through 09/17/2009 DEFECT/NONCOMPLIANCE: On April 14th, 2015 IAC was notified by a customer that they had experienced 3 broken studs in their production facility. IAC then contacted the hub supplier regarding this issue. On April 17th, 2015 IAC stopped using all hub/drums and isolated them until we could conduct further testing. On April 30th, 2015 IAC received notice from our supplier of a potential manufacturing problem with ½ - 20 wheel studs that were used in the hub/drums that were sold to IAC. EVALUATION OF RISK: Broken studs could result in a wheel loss and could cause a vehicle to crash without warning.
