The station features a telescopic light tower with a generator, a second stand-alone generator, welder and air compressor. All equipment is mounted on a sturdy double-axle utility trailer for seamless transportation. The WAT-18x6-TNDM-LT.WLD.DG.AC-MOD1 is a trailer mounted, transportable work station for temporary work sites. The following equipment can be found on the utility trailer: Lincoln multi-process welder, two-stage air compressor, 6kW generator w/ 30' telescopic light tower and an 11kW generator. Light Mast/Generator: The trailer mounted work station features a 6 kw generator, powered by a water-cooled diesel engine. A telescoping light tower is deployable for mounting equipment in elevated positions up to 30'. A T-style mast head provides sturdy support for equipment. For seamless storage and transportation, the mast component can be folded over to accomodate height limitations. A second generator is available on the utility trailer. This unit is capable of generating 11kW and is powered by a diesel engine. Operators can use the unit to power 120/240V AC 60 Hz equipment. Welder: The WAT-18x6-TNDM-LT.WLD.DG.AC-MOD1 comes with a Lincoln Electric Flextec 650/LF-72 welder for various applications around the work site. This unit features an input voltage of 380V three phase 50/60 Hz and an output voltage of 44V with 815-amp maximum DC output. The multi-process welder supports quick arc response and standard 15-amp, 115V aux power. For hard-to-reach locations, a remote foot pedal can be used to control the welder, up to 100 feet away. The IP23-rated unit features a digital meter for monitoring and hot start functionality. Air Compressor: Operators may also access a two-stage air compressor on the utility trailer. The 10-hp unit is compatible with 208-230/460V three phase power. During operation, the air compressor provides 34.1 CFM at 175 PSI. Trailer: All equipment is mounted on a heavy-duty utility trailer, with a spacious 6'4" x 18' trailer bed. Two, 3,500-lbs axles ensure stability during transportation. A dovetail can be used for loading and unloading heavy equipment on the trailer. Applications: Outdoor work sites, temporary projects, maintenance, repair and more.
