Description of layout from forwards: Forward Cabin: Central entrance with centreline double berth, twin reading lights, opening deck-hatch and opening hull port-lights. Drawers, hanging lockers and vanity lockers. All beautifully finished in teak. Cream fabric headlining with downlights. Bedding excluded from sale. Forward Ensuite Heads to starboard: Aft and to starboard through ensuite door from forward stateroom. Teak grated flooring, solid marbled basin surround, enclosed electric wc with lid, and large shower area with curtain, electric sump pump and mixer shower. Moulded turquoise cubicle monocoque, with opening port-light, mirror, power points and vanity/storage cupboards Port Guest Cabin: Two twin berths with reading lights, hanging locker and vanity/dressing table with mirror and drawers. Ensuite access to forward port heads/shower. Opening port-light, mirrored bulkhead and independent air-co. controls. Main Saloon: The main saloon is entered off a set of sliding polished stainless steel doors from the raised aft deck, with a secondary deck access door finished in polished stainless steel at the main helm console. Looking forward and down two steps, the main saloon is open and expansive. The galley is set forward to port, with a bar for food preparation separating the galley from the aft saloon. The dinette is forward to starboard, with the main companionway stairs leading forward, and the lower console located forward of the galley area, to starboard. The area is carpeted in a Royal Blue, with a good underlay, and there are sideboards to port and starboard, with birds-eye counter detailing, and a very well executed teak interior with a satin gloss varnish. The forward dinette has two facing bench seats and a heavily constructed table on a high-low pedestal, with air-co. controls and outlets to hand. The saloon deck is surrounded by glazed panels with Ocean-Aire blinds so that natural light/shade can be simply controlled. Aft of the dinette is a wet-bar with Waeco refrigerator and a stainless sink with hot/cold mixer tap, and plenty of storage space. Aft of this is a corner seating area with locker space behind, table lamps and a low-level corner table with a twin-seater leather sofa. Aft to starboard is more cabinetry, and a curving companionway stair with rail to the engine space and aft accommodation. The central port area of the saloon has a two-seater sofa, with loose stools, and the entertainment centre.
Galley: The worktop bar separates the saloon from the galley, and there is plentiful high and low level storage, with good natural and electric lighting, timber flooring, openings windows and well-fitted appliances. The refrigerator fronts and splashbacks have been finished in a custom stainless steel and powdercoated grilled plate - which is stunning and effective - both visually and practically. Helm console: Main console site behind three screens, with deck access door to port, 24V breakers and 240V switching in glazed cupboards, with Westerbeke generator remote start controls, navigational instruments (including recent E-120W, Wind instrument and autopilot) and full engine instrumentation. Double helming bench in ivory leather with storage underneath, timber flooring and blue leather-trimmed dash with Hynautic controls. Engine room installation Aft accommodation /engine room is accessed via curved stairs from aft starboard area of saloon, with a latched engine room door with viewing panel. Fuel tanks are outboard, with ventilated battery boxes forward by battery charger. Watermaker to port, hot water tank to starboard. The space is trimmed in pinboard insulation, with stainless steel bracing, and removable ceiling panels - with chequerplate tread panels. The generator is set behind the starboard engine, and there is a vice and work area aft by the door. Owners Aft Stateroom Cabin: The owners double cabin and ensuite lies transversely across the entire beam of the hull, with the double berth facing to port, with twin bedside cabinets, independent HFL air-co. controls, and plentiful cabinetry with storage lockers. There is a sofa underneath the custom-fitted opening stainless steel port-light in the aft bulkhead ( which can double as an escape hatch). There is a dressing area forward and mirrored wardrobes, and the ensuite is located to the port-side. Again, the cabin is fully carpeted and has a light fabric headlining.
