Advanced hydraulic system regulates variable head feed rate for hands free cutting and incorporates a hydraulics on demand system so pump runs only when vises and head control are in use. It s quiet and keeps oil temperature low for trouble free performance. Smart feed system will multiple feed 9-times up to 16 in a single stroke with an accuracy of 0.2mm. Feed length adjusts easily using handwheel and read-out is conveniently mounted on machine front. Quick change stock system utilizes a vice with ratchet and pawl, 2 1 2 hardened rails. Guide arms are the key to getting straight cuts so they are vertically mounted for more rigidity and feature self-adjusted inserts which can be easily released and tightened with a knurled knob. Cutting data indicator helps operator select best blade and head descend speed based on stock material, size and shape. Vises quick set ratchet type. VERTICAL SAWS model F-16 V-24 VH-24 V-40 VH-40 standard equipment A contour cutting attachment is standard on the VH-24 and VH-40 hydraulic feed table models. With this feature it s a snap to hold and cut pieces with irregular profiles. A protractor head attachment, standard on Dake/Johnson 24 and 40 models allows exact settings for angle cuts ranging from 45 left to 45 right.
