Highlighted Features The motion of the upper beam is controlled by special Ecodrive drives. These drives feature: A ball screw, gear unit and servo motor with overload protection for reliable performance; All components have been sized for extended lifetime; Each drive is equipped with an automatic lubrication system; Servo-motors controlled by the DNC ensure the precise stopping point of the ram for accurate bending depth. The ADControl 10 numerical control features: Bend angle programming accurate to 0.001 degrees; Tonnage calculation for bending with the selected tooling; Tooling library programmed for the geometric characteristics of specifi c punches and dies; Brushless high performance servo-motor with overload protection; Slow approach option in Inch Mode to allow for tooling adjustment. Independent positioning of the moveable beam, bending depth is independent of bending length. Ultra-fast cycle times. Cycle time reductions can be as much as 40% faster than conventional press brakes, depending on the type of job. Sturdy mono-block Hexa-C frame. The frame is welded and stabalized in such way that the upper beam guides are independent from the main structure of the machine. This patented technology ensures superior bending precision under load. JMT-EB 5020

The Hexa-C frame ensures high bending precision especially for thinner materials. Motors are positioned close to the machine center for better load distribution, which improves the pumping effi ciency. Energy savings over conventional press brakes. Sixty percent (60%) of the operator s time is spend handling material pieces, during this time our electric press brake is consuming zero energy. Our machines are economical and ecological, fulfilling the EcoDesign directive.

Standard Equipment Our machines are equipped with a numerical control ADControl 10. This controller has 2 axes (Y & X) on the JMT-EB 2512 model and 3 axes (Y1/Y2 and X) on the JMT-EB 5020 model. It features a 7 TFT touch screen, 2D programming and simulation, bending sequence optimizer, backup/update of programs and tooling via LAN or USB, and 2 ports (RS232). LazerSafe system with 3 beams monitored automatically by an integrated security system that shuts down the machine when the beam is broken.

Back guage head includes two high-precision ball screws and is driven by a DNC controlled brushless servo-motor. Our machines are built using electric components from leading multinational suppliers, which assures top quality performance of our gears. In addition, replacement parts are readily available from local suppliers throughout the world. Side guards with doubled and supervised electrical interlock. Optional Equipment Optional Controllers ADControl 15, allowing up to 6 axes, with 7 TFT touch screen, backup/update programs and tooling via LAN or USB, 2 ports (RS232). ADControl 50, allowing multiple axes, with touch screen and alpha-numeric keyboard, backup/update programs and tooling via LAN or USB, 2 ports (RS232) with expansion possibility through a USB port. Cybelec 880S, allowing control of 4 to 7 axes depending on the model, with 10 color TFT touch screen, 2D programming software, backup/update programs via USB, almost unlimited quantity of programs and sequences. Cybelec ModEva 15 allowing control of 18 axes, with 15 TFT touch screen, 2D offline programming software with simulation of tooling and 2D bending, direct programming of bending angle, calculation of force, network connection capability (RJ 45) for data transfer and backup. Delem 56 control, allowing up to 4 axes, with 10.4 screen, 2D graphic programming, USB connection and bending sequence determination. Optional Software Adbend Pro Software is an advanced bending program that enables the user to do advanced 3D programming with detailed simulation. This software program can help you optimize the work sequence by detecting collision points and eliminating errors, resulting in a shorter work cycle. This software substantially increases productivity by reducing job set-up time and the number of program adjustments. Optional Safety Laser The Block Laser LZS-005 safety laser is an advanced operator protection system that prevents accidents and increases machine productivity. This safety system meets the most stringent international saftey standards (category 4 compliant). It is designed for integration with Laser Safe s Press Control Safety System. With the LZS-005 the operator can safely work next to the tools as they close at high speed without fear. The beam speed and stopping action are continuously monitored. No operator intervention is required since the program automatically sets and monitors the mute point. The operator does not need to make any manual checks or adjustments, which increases productivity. Guard modes can be selected directly from the CNC bend program. The Tray & Box mode allows for safe, high-speed bending of complex shapes. The Soft Stop setting reduces wear and tear on the hydraulic system. During tools changes, the laser transmitter and receiver can be moved easily and quickly. The LZS-005 provides maximum safety and productivity.

Optional Back Gauges JMT offers a variety of back gauge confi gurations to meet your different fabrication needs. You can upgrade the back gauges on your JMT Eco Bend press brake at any time if you fi nd you need additonal axes. Back gauge type JMT-BG2 with R axis (2 motorized back gauge heads) Back gauge type JMT-BG2 with Z1/Z2 axis Back gauge type JMT-BG3 with 4 axes (X + R + Z1/Z2). Back gauge type JMT-BG3 with X & R axes only for JMT-EB5020. This superior strength back gauge bar moves vertically and can perform precison work on thicknesses greater than 2 mm. Back gauge type JMT-BG3 with 5 axes (X/X1 + R + Z1/Z2). Back gauge type JMT-BG1T with 6 axes (X1/X2 + R1/R2 + Z1/Z2).
